It is so sad because Walmart and Spark state that all of their drivers are background checked but they are not accounting for those who are slipping through the system by paying to use other peoples accounts to cheat. All that Walmart would have to do is to check ID for the driver to make sure that the person picking up the order matches the application but they don't seem to want to do this. It isn't that hard and customers should demand that Walmarts take more responsibility to protect Walmart plus customers. Spark should be able to put a pic and name on shopping orders as well as curbside orders to make this process easier. Makes me wonder what would happen if people stated cancelling their Walmart plus until this problem is addressed. On a side note Spark promotes their new biometric program but the issue is that hackers get around it and it only asks for facial recognition once every 2-3 weeks which is not helpful.
How can you fake info for a background check, use a fake ID, and use fraudulent bank accounts. Come on yall are really delusional with these outlandish accusations lol Jesus too much time on that curb. And you wonder why nothing happens to them maybe because they are not doing these damn near impossible things your accusing people.
They roate and if they get deactivated they'll just get another account. And they all seem to have temp tags 🧐 but like I mentioned on your last video, my Wal-Mart doesn't put up with crap like this. I'm sorry
It's not the company it self, it's the management that can either choose to check id's, work with the legitimate drivers and get them reported or the other spectrum is just don't care...
@@julesluvzslots6629 yes, it’s definitely the company or should I say corporation. There aware this has been going on and they choose to do nothing which doesn’t really surprise me since this is a WEF agenda. Walmart is part of the WEF. That’s the plan of cheap labor for all these corporations.
Help me understand this please. I do see vehicles with temp tags waiting for pickup often but I don't understand how this would benefit these criminals.
@@JesusIsKing1979 they dont have the normal cost aka the tax most dont have insurance and will run if they hit someone, here its texas plates its all the same group
Bro this shit got me depressed. I sat in my Walmart lot all day and watched the same group of about 10-12 folks with multiple phones working together happily running back and forth with HUGE shopping orders. Meanwhile I made $40 in like 5 hours. I asked a manager at the store if he knows what’s going and said he’s aware, shrugged his shoulders and pretty much said he don’t know what to do. I was making $20 an hour consistently before theses roaches showed up, now I’m having days with mere I go 4 hours without an offer. I’m so angry like I’m close to fighting these guys, literally just had a stare down with one and i flipped him off. I think I will delete the spark app for now for my mental health and hopefully some thing changes in the meantime.
Just be careful dude and watch your back. These people do not care they'll do anything to get their way they have nothing to lose. It takes courage to expose corruption
@@richardmyers7847 You’re going to condone and support harassment over someone that has exposed wrong doing and calling you out? I’m assuming you’re in support of breaking the rules and bending narratives when it fits what you want. Shame on you do better
It happened to me as well. I confronted a scammer and the person used google translate so I kept saying “ English please”. They have the spark app in Spanish language.
Those people tried to speak Spanish to me really loud I told them speak English dude!! I don’t understand a damn word you said. Plus they talk really fast in Spanish at least Mexicans talk slower but this guys from Venezuela and Cuba talk like they have a potatoe 🥔 in their mouth
Issue is not being addressed because someone at the store level is also in on the scheme. Store management don't care because it does not effect their bottom line as long as customers get their items they don't care who delivers it. Upper management at the corporate level are probably oblivious and not aware... if you pay attention You'll see a pattern when some employees are particularly chummy with random people posting in the parking lot on with 2+ on their phones constantly.
I wish they would force ID checks . Show ID and exit pass and the names better match or you’re not leaving the store with those groceries ! That alone would get rid of a lot of these guys cause we know they’re working under other people’s identities..
I appreciate your videos but I think you're missing the bigger issue. These people are using stolen accounts with somebody else's ss number. This is identity theft and fraud. both crimes. This could all be stopped if your store would start checking ID.
Want stop them if the employees are the ones in on it! The only sure fire fix is to facial recognition before you can exit out of delivery at the last location if it is a batch order and if it's single before you leave! All bots scammers and employees cheating the system would be fixed then!
I've been working in the market that I am in for eight months now and yesterday was the first time that they asked me for my ID and at one store for the shopping you have to check in at a specific register and they ID
That's 100% the solution as they are using fake names. At curbside and during shopping ID check and immediately deactivation if fake. The word will get out quick on their whatsapp/fb groups
I appreciate you being pro-active against these thieves. You could start your own spark investigations. I like how you take every order even though you dont know specifics. Keep Up the Good Work 👍🏽 😃 💯
I drove almost 400 miles last week to 11 stores and made $154 for the week. Jacksonville Florida is full of these roaches. I had to test these stores to find work and that wasn’t everyone in our zones. If I go to 3309 again, I’ll do a video of what is going on there. I seen things yesterday that would really piss people off 😡. It was just teams of them doing shopping and curbside. They would push the shopping cart up to the car at the same time the employee is bringing the curbside. After getting loaded, they were back in 10 minutes 😳. OUTRAGEOUS!
@@AaronsGig A driver texted me and said Spark sent her an email this morning asking her to send pictures of the drivers that are doing what we seen yesterday. It is very hardcore of what we are seeing. About 30 of them use the awning where employees are to sit on break as their own for breakfast in the morning at 3309. Imagine what that looks like. They own that store. She and another Cuban lady are going back today to get those pictures to send to Spark. Our Cuban ladies are not messing around. She already sent some pics and will send more later today.
It’s busy today in East TN ahead of snow storm. Got a $51 shopping order. 45 item $26 tip. I had a 60sec timer for me to take. Walmart in your area are giving the scammers the shopping orders.
It would make a huge difference if they changed the shopping orders to ping each driver like DD,UE, instead of just showing it to everyone at once like instacart. If instacart did it too it would stop a lot of the scammers
Thx for taking time and effort to rectify this major problem. It's definitely happening in my market as well and it's beyond frustrating to say the least

ALL DRIVERS SEND THIS LETTER TO SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES, GOVERNORS, ESTATE ATTORNEYS, IRS, FBI, AND MORE. Dear I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you in the hopes that you can take serious and immediate action to address a concerning situation that is affecting legal workers in our state. Recently, it has come to light that companies like Walmart/Spark Driver and other delivery applications are employing a large number of undocumented migrants on their platforms. These individuals are using fake applications that they rent or purchase from a criminal group dedicated to defrauding immigrants and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as they do not pay taxes due to their illegal status in the country. This practice has become a system of modern slavery and exploitation, where these companies take advantage of the lack of regulation and punishment to engage in dirty business that results in illicit enrichment. Legal workers are severely impacted, as their incomes have significantly decreased due to unfair competition from these undocumented migrants willing to work for lower wages. It is alarming that there is no law regulating this activity and punishing those who benefit from exploitation and abuse. That is why I urge you to take immediate action to investigate these companies and all delivery applications involved in this illegal practice. It is crucial to establish laws and regulations that protect legal workers and punish those involved in dirty business of exploitation. It is important to remember that these legal workers are a vital part of our community and deserve to be treated with dignity and justice. We cannot allow this situation of abuse and exploitation to continue, which only benefits a few companies at the expense of the rights and safety of workers. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this serious situation. I hope that together, we can work to protect the rights of legal workers and ensure a fair and equitable work environment for all. Sincerely, DRIVER COMMUNITY
Clearly you're not from border states... Cops won't do anything with illegals but laugh. Also doesn't help that half the police force in these towns are people who came from other countries or their parents did.
It's simple Spark has separate self checkout line with an employee checking ID. They 100% are using stolen identity accounts not their own. This would stop this insanity instantly
Unfortunately not. IDs are being checked at my local Walmart in MI and the same people get the shopping orders all day long. The scammers have multiple phones with fake accounts and fake IDs.
@@snejanamartinovici1914 they must not be throughly checking the IDs at exit. If the name doesn’t match the shopper name on exit pass no way they should be able to get put the storw
@@snejanamartinovici1914 Make sure your Walmart knows how to identify the fake IDs. My walmart does the same but has already caught and banned people trying to use fake IDs.
As a Spark driver myself, I ain't showing the store jack shit for an ID. The fact that I allow Mr. Nasty Fingers the greeter to touch my phone is even too much. I go in with my phone and my car keys and that's it. What are they gonna do if I don't show them my ID? The order's been paid for and shopped... they gonna not let me leave?
@@bethfaceplays It helps to be compliant on the issue. Too many illegals are using fake acounts doing this job ruining it for us regular sparkers. It helps to just show your ID so we can get rid of this idiots.
I get that all the time! An amazing offer pops up and it immediately disappears. I hardly ever get shopping orders too. Seems like all we are getting is scraps. All the orders I get have no tips or like 20 stops for $30. I see guys with multiple phones at curbside. They have to fix this!
I quit Spark. I was sick of being treated like a peon while managers watched these bandit’s cheating like crazy. Four grown men per car, each have two phones while Walmart does nothing protect legitimate drivers.
We've been going through the same thing BIG time in Houston. From talking with Spark support, The spark manager and supervisor over the zone and Walmart management. So we decided to put out flyers to get the community in on it. Paid some ppl to hand out flyers. And within two days the curbside Manager and Management was pissed. And stated that corporations were coming to investigate, because of all the phone calls. We are trying to spread the word and get the same effort from different Spark drivers.
Ny there renting out scooters and access to food delivery app from a “ friend “ scooter with the apps to use for fee they pay the person who has the accounts with moped . I saw this on NY 5 news news .
I’ve noticed some activity like this since discovering your channel. I saw 2 vehicles picking up, parked side-by-side with TX plates here in AZ. Also, one of those small white delivery vans with temp tags.
Thanks for the update. I'm guessing the guys you filmed are now scamming another location. Have you contacted the local news in your city? Keep lighting up Walmart's social media as well. They do not like bad press. Keep filming. Everyone should. Has to be a collective effort, big changes always start with one person. Don't give up!
I’ve been doing this for just 2 weeks and I’m having the same problems you’re having with these bots(scammers) taking the good orders. Every time they send me an offer it’s gone real fast. When I’m able to get one sometime they’re ok and sometimes they’re crappy.
@uberlyftphoenix thank you for sharing the orders you’ve been getting and scrolling through. That helps me gauge how I am doing - my order amounts are very similar. Would you be willing to talk about what those numbers looked like when you were able to do shopping orders? This is my second week with spark so I don’t have anything to compare to
It’s the same for me - the split second thing happens. I didn’t know if that was just happening to me but now I know. I have been more observant since watching your videos. I notice there are cars with teams of 2 people and they do mostly shop and pays. I also notice 2 cars with people that just sit there for hours. Each car has 2 people in it and they park right next to each other. They rarely take an order so I don’t know what that is all about. I also struggle to get an order every hour but it is mostly when I have to do 3 deliveries. I will get an offer for $30 to do 3 deliveries. I accept but then don’t get back on time for the next round Robbin so next hour is $0. So instead of $30 I made $15 per hour ☹️. Anyone have any advice on this? Turning on the other apps only helps on the weekends like today I was able to fill in one of the hours with a $9 delivery. During the week when it’s less busy it’s hard to get a delivery close enough not to risk missing yet another round robin.
Got em in Winchester Kentucky. Sat two days and never got a shop and deliver offer all while watching a group of guys going in and out consistently. Using 4 cars all with Florida plates.
Somebody needs to stop these people from receiving orders on their phone, they are putting everybody out of work. Walmart can refuse to give order to these assignment stealers, but they refuse to do it because these guys probably accept more cheap/low paying order than the other delivery drivers so they keep them around.
The illegals, the scammers, one in the same, need to be exposed by a publication that will force Walmart to actually do something significant to end this.
We got some at my Walmart doing the same thing I leave the local Walmart and I get orders normal! You always see the same couple of people going in and out on shopping orders Walmart needs to be sued
What do u guys think about the “Acceptance Rate”? If it’s low (mine is at 10%) Does it affect the algorithm and forbids you to get orders? Only been getting tons of pick up orders for like $8 for 10miles.. been rejecting them all Any advice? Should I ignore them and let them expire or keep rejecting them?
The same problem in Goose Creek/ Charleston SC. I complained last week and requested a bot sweep, then I started to only get Sam’s offers🙄I had to change zones😔this is very depressing. I used to make $1000+ for 40 hrs or 40+ orders…. Now I have to put in 60+ hrs and I’m lucky to break $900
Im new to Spark, and have seen some of this myself! I only get breadcrumbs or huge bulky bags of soil.. .but most of the time, I can't even see the offers because they disappear immediately! 😢
I use Walmart delivery for all my shopping. I’m not sure what company delivers to me. Is there a way that we as customers can identify these sparks and what can we do to stop it, if anything.
How are they taking all the orders. It's been happening a lot even up here in Maine. Orders will come to my phone for half a second. And seeing what they pay they're all the good ones too.
Biggest problem I had while doing Spark, was app would say order was ready for pickup I would get to the stores and they would not be ready. Id have to wait for many orders for over 30mins which would destroy my profits for rhe day. Id spend more time waiting on orders to be brought out then what it was worth... I ended up quitting.
Are you as close a possible to the waiting point. What is your acceptance rate on spark. I think if someone has like 5 phones in the waiting point they are going to have an advantage. Just trying to help please be careful Aaron those guys may have nothing to lose. Thanks for your efforts.
In my market shopping orders are given time to accept. I assume those orders are exclusive to the driver. They come in throughout the hour. Maybe we're a beta market for this feature?
Also you can fight back! im getting everyone i know to order express and if its the same 2 ppl everytime there zero or one star will take them down a notch
You’re not supposed to bring children with you while you work the Walmart where I’m from a Shopper brought her baby the baby fell out of the carriage so now they’re suing Walmart. These people can care less about their fellow drivers. They will scam scam scam until they can’t scam anymore it’s horrible and no one does anything about it
In my home market Walmart workers ask for ID when they don't recognize shoppers, or they suspect they're scammers This happens often at 2 very busy stores, yet I've never had to show ID at 4 other stores I had to pass Face ID verification 4 times recently as well We don't all get the same offers, so scammers can't snipe most offers From talking with others outside my market, it seems that they don't have our strict ID system, they have longer reassignment times, longer delivery time windows, and less enforcement of vehicle related standards, so it's largely regional in nature
I get it Aaron. But question for you. Is shopping yourself more lucrative on Spark than just delivering the orders?? Seems to me that the $ made per work put into would be better not to shop. Am I missing something?
Yes, Your definitely missing something. Shopping orders pay way more and you can get them done faster. There's no waiting for pick up you just immediately do it.
So do you think they are stealing RR shopping offers that get sent directly to you and they are hacking your account to transfer them to theirs? Help me understand how this can happen. Or are you just taking curbside orders because you are not willing to risk losing those instead of just waiting for a shop?
@@AaronsGig ok but I’m watching your videos and you are always waiting for a curb how can get a shop if you always waiting for a curbside. I pass up all curbside orders no matter how much because of the wait time and I usually get an express shop every hour if I’m fast and go right back to the store. Sometimes I don’t get one but I know the risk I take and I end up doing at least 7 shops a day with this method. I talk to drivers that ask me how do I always get a shop I tell them don’t take curbs but they always end up taking one and then I get a shop it’s never a fcfs always a rr offer directly to me. I think you’re just doing it wrong if you want to just do shops. But your making 1300 a week so you really are making good money
These guys are absolutely genius. They figured out how to deal with a job that pays zero, free labour job. They simply combine orders and then move on to delivering the goods. They are saving the planet from waste of single use services that eats away their fuel, time, energy cost, into a combined delivery method to eke out a minor profit. After all the pay and what they invested to service the job is unmatched when you add insurance, fuel, repair cost, hour, distance. Kudos to this guys. Walmart does not pay fairly, customers want free delivery by paying peanuts. Kudos Kudos Kudos. They turned the challenges into a profit. You get what you pay for . Those who pay well should be serviced and A big shout out to well paying customers surely they deserve to be serviced. Walmart should start service based on what the customer pays . If they pay $5 for 10 KM delivery, put that into a 72 hour delivery box. If customer pays $25 for 10 KM delivery. Rush into direct delivery
See here in Orlando i get timed orders for both curb side and shopping orders. If i recall every shopping order i have taken to date has had a timer on it. I could be wrong on a couple of them. But yeah they need to spread the shopping orders out as well and not just have them as a first come first serve. Usually only the garbage orders make the open market. Very rarely will ever deny a shopping order unless it was too many miles and that's rare. Even the no tip shopping orders usually still make sense dollars to miles. I would probably contact the app and tell them the situation and maybe they will start putting timers on the shopping orders for you guys. But definitely keep exposing these guys!
It’s happening everywhere in the US! I’ve seen several other RU-vid videos of Spark drivers 😢 today I went to do shopping orders and got 1 order in 2 hours while these groups got order after order! I was at a Washington Walmart🙁
after doordash santiago stitched you vid i made a point to take a look at the wallmart i do spark at ,, mostlly because my wfie used to get tons of shop orders, no hardly any,, but i saw 6-7 of those people just hanging around and stealing all the shop orders, i just get curbside or stack orders.. hope wallmart will fix this,, super angry about it!!
What happened to your DD account? I do DD as my main source and had two violations..one lady had a conversation with while I dropped off her food then claimed she didn't get it. I feel hopeless as I read comments about DD ethics with drivers. What is your thoughts on DD?😂
If it's the same bunch of guys, they must be getting good customer ratings. In my area (Reno), customers pay $10 extra for an order to be delivered within an hour, $5 within three hours. So I'd think customers would be watching the clock closely.
EXACTLY!!! Even if they don’t press that they left the store THE COLD-CHAIN TIMER IS STILL RUNNING!!! Lmaooooo!!! There is no way they are sitting in the parking lot for hours and traveling to deliver without the timer expiring!!!? PARANOID CONSPIRACY THEORIST!!! LMFAOOOOO!!!
This has me curious if they are doing this in my area, I sometimes get good shopping orders but spark is just a fill in app for me. Whenever my day is slow I'm gonna sit at my wal mart and see if I can find any scammers lol anyone else work spark in st louis missouri?
Keep an eye on the pickup row and store Market entrance so you can see the frequency of some drivers shopping and picking up the loads. They don’t wait for offers in the parking lot like most of us, they have reserved orders and go straight to action.
If there are perishable items on the order spark will cancel your order if you've been sitting after a certain amount of time and tell you to return the order to the store. So how are they getting away with that .
@@AaronsGig it does even when you are in the store shopping and select a frozen item to scan it tells you that it's a perishable item and gives you a time that it needs to be completed by . If the app sees no activity going on they do remove the order . I've had it happen.
He said in the video that the other guy showed him his phone and the guy only had 4 orders!!! He was trying to make it seem like the guy had over 20 orders completed!!! PARANOID CONSPIRACY THEORIST!!! LMFAOOOOO!!! He’s new, he doesn’t know any better, Lol!!!
Same scenario in Las Vegas. They all have common traits. Can't speak any English and does shop orders mainly. They all have nice cars, they have permanent tags here.
They pay cash for the vehicles... They print fake temp tags off their computer and they have no registration or no insurance. The ring leader of thrse scam operations pays for the cars.
Hey there I just started following you I'm a spark delivery driver for 3 years now and I can honestly tell you I understand how you feel we are dealing with it in our local area here in Southwest Pennsylvania it's getting really really bad over here in Southwest Pennsylvania. I have emailed support with pictures of the license plates and cars and other people other drivers are doing as well but nothing is being done we've all took it to management of the store we took it to spark nothing is being done. I don't know how spark could even fix the problem because if these people are able to get other people's identities to be able to work two or three phones two or three accounts how how are we going to be able to prove this that's the problem
@@AaronsGig yes absolutely I mean I already worked a normal job this is just something I was doing on the side now but it was a full-time job a few years back I think Walmart is pretty much doesn't give a crap
The easiest solution to all of this is for Walmart to accurately mark when an order is handed off, and make the time visible to the customer as well. That way paying customers can actually see how long it is taking between pickup and delivery. If my delivery takes more than X amount of time I reject it and strike their account.
So weird I’m in Peoria and I get round Robin shop and deliver orders all the time, in fact some times there seems to be so few drivers that I can let one sit and it’ll go up 5-10$. This is wild
