Also, E (WFE) means that it is a built-in machine, you forgot to add that. (E means Einbau?) Simillar features to WFK models.

WFK2831 What about WFM? Like WFM 4030 has only 1000rpm spin speed for example... Also the WFP 3300 has 1600 spin

Indeed, another way to deal with it is to get lots of boxes that are a uniform size and will hold, say, a vacuum cleaner. then pack, Don't worry about labeling everything, you will never open the boxes again. Reminds me of my buddy Joe's Da who would take a chainsaw apart, put the screws in a yoghurt pot, bring them to waterford, put the blade somewhere safe in the garden, preferably under a drip and then promptly start again on another repair.

Hi, an interesting fault. have a look at the pcb, look for blown traces or an overheated relay. if it is not turning at all then power is not getting to the motor.

@@bootsowen i called a repairman today said the motor is burned but i didnt see any singns of burn marks ,like blackend wires or smell of burnt ,the pcb you mentioned is on left side white box right ? How can i test the motor if it is running ?

Repairman said i cabt find this.machine parts anymore and suggest me to throw it away but i dont want to ,machine is solid i took motor out and using wd40 on brush bed left it for tomorrow to test in machine ,you seem experienced in old bosches what can i do

Hi, I have posted many videos of bosch machines, including resurrecting motors. They are very long videos. The repairman is probably right, it is difficult to get parts, old bosch motors would be expensive anyway. But you can check it out. It may have a thermal fuse, in which case you could bypass it. It is often inside. Have a look at my how to hotwire washing machine universal motors. and this should help you understand the wiring. you should be able to unplug the motor and identify the two wires to the brushes, the two wires to the tachometer, the earth cable and the possibly many wires to the armature stator windings. It is possible that any of the armature windings has failed. or a thermal fuse, if you can find the thermal fuse you can check it for continuity and maybe bypass it, although whatever it was protecting when it failed will no longer be protected. check for continuity across the brushes. when the brushes are in place. check for continuity through the windings if you can identify them. if you take out the motor you can blast it with compressed air to clean the carbon dust out, I believe that carbon dust in these bosch motors causes them to fail. @@bootsowen thank you i will watch your videos to better understand the nature of this type of motor ,i sanded the collector with a very fine paper finger crossed i will try it tomorrow.one question this motor brushes doesnt have springs behind how it pushes to the collector as it worn out ? ,and the wires in the carbon itself can fail or carbon can fail as it sits in it.if i cant fix it i will take it to a rewinder shop to rewind it.
