🚨🚨ANC UPDATE ALSO WORKS ON JABRA ELITE ACTIVE 75T🚨🚨 Please note: Using ANC will affect battery life. I'm still testing the exact amount and I will update this post in a few days after testing is completed.
Real anc needs a microphone on the outside and inside of the earbud. The jabra don't have the one on the inside so how can it be anc? It's not it's half assed fake anc.
I was really annoyed when Jabra suddenly abandoned plans to make the 75t earbuds independent and I sent them back. The reason given was they could not make it work to a level of quality they considered acceptable to customers. After this move I think maybe I misjudged them, respect.
@@ELJefeReviews I have a samsung phone and I don't know what to buy for the gym , samsung buds pro or jabra elite 75 t or elite active 75 t . I am interested in them being comfortable not to fall and having a decent ANC. PLS help me
Wait, a tech company gave existing customers an improved experience without making them pay any additional money? Tim Apple are you watching this video? 😂😂
Just got my firmware update, and as you said, its really good of Jabra to make this feature available for their 75t customers, instead of getting us folks to buy the newer 85t version! And the ANC is top notch!
Really happy with them and with update now I'm even more impressed. I'm so glad I bought these. Excellent sound and comfort. Perfect companion for running and general use.
I love my Jabra 75 t’s. I was looking for a good pair of wireless ear buds. I had never even considered Jabra but I use a Jabra headset for work so I started looking into their earbuds. Yo... these are the BEST earbuds I ever owned. And they fit the best too. Can’t wait to do my update later. Great vid thanks man 💯💯
I did the ANC update Oct-22-20 to my Elite 75t, then did the ANC customization. 🎧🎶 I think besides the Active Noise Cancelation, Jabra sent out additional sown tweaks, after the update, the SOUND IS EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE!!!! -- Thanks Jabra 🇲🇽 Saludos de México (Cheers from MEX). Be safe with Covid-19 😷
Dope review bro! Definitely pre-ordered the 85T only because I never owned a set of Jabras so I figured I may as well go with the latest and greatest. This was definitely a good look on their part. Kudos Jabra.
glad to know that the ANC doesn't change the sound / This was a dealbreaker with the new JLab Epic Air ANC's. The ANC distorted the sound, adding to bass and changing the highs. Pretty annoying.
I hear you. This is easily overcome by changing the EQ in the app. However, my copy of the Epic Air ANC did not have that problem. Could be some unit variance possibly.
Hey so I've had this video saved on a playlist for probably about a year now so I just wanted to go back and say thank you, I bought a pair on black Friday for 70 bucks and they are amazing.
Hey El jefe. Just wanted to say thanks for the update. My sony wf-1000xm3 started whining last week so I bit the bullet and bought these. They are excellent and in my short time wearing them the sound is great and the ANC is more effective for me. Also much more comfortable. Thanks
El Jefe, thank you. I have the 65T, and 75Ts along with the Bose (a gift), but love these 75Ts the best, with ANC even better now. Their low profile and high sound quality are what I like best. I was missing ANC, and am both impressed they backward engineered ANC for existing customers something I doubt Bose or Apple would ever do. The ANC will come in handy when travel picks up and we can go back to European destinations!! Thanks again.
Great Update Review. I was impressed with having a visual scroll showing the fixes to look at and the other visuals, while listening to you narrating what were looking at. Great Job. Im subscribed. Im waiting for my Jabra Active 75t to be delivered. Price was $150 on Amazon.
I just got jabra 75t and done the update. Im impressed with the anc. I need to test it out more but it's seem to be nearly as good as my sennheiser momentum TWS 2. IMO these are the smallest most and comfortable earbuds with good ANC.
I personally don't own these earbuds but I think it's really cool of Jabra to do this. Can't say I've ever heard of a company adding a feature like that to earbuds already released 😎
Thanks for tthe review ! I just want to know if the comparison you did between these & T1 Pro include all aspects, or was it only in terms of ANC How is T1 pro compared to these soundwise ? thanks
Personally I think ANC is a way better feature to bring on to the 75t than being able to use the left earbud individually, totally going to download this update right now!
Wow. I was going back and forth between these and the Buds+ but this settles it. I’m grabbing a pair of 75t, especially since they’re at a crazy good price.
Great Vid El Jefe... thinkin of how good the 75t is soundwise compared to 65t it blew me away.. that bein said the fact the 85t will have 12mm drivers compared to the 6mm in 65t and 75t I have feelin they will be insanely good!! Can't wait for your vid on those when they come out!!! Take care man and as always Thank You!!!
Great review...Bro! Good news for people that need to update their buds. Hope you doing well and the move is going smoothly . See ya in the next video.
I like how you categorize the ANC quality of these different airbuds. Would love to see some sort of tier list of different earbuds just based on their audio Quality to see how the epic air anc stack up to these, earpods pro, soundcore Liberty Air 2 ect....
Wow!!!!!! Buying these new for a private seller for 100....always loved the sound and fit bass is amazing and tops with volume level!!!!!!! Great battery for such a small case!!!!!
This is great news for all the loyal Jabra Elite owners but not surprising. Jabra has always provided great support for their products including regular firmware updates for the 65T, 75T and soon to be released 85T. I will updating my 75T's.
Thanks. I honestly had no idea how to judge ANC because I don't use air pod pros or the Sony. Im starting to understand ANC minimizes the noise. It doesn't completely cancel it out.
Doing some ANC testing today w my updated 75ts and also my Padmate Quiet units which I received on Saturday from their IndieGoGo campaign. I maxed out the ANC setting on the 75t units, and I'd say at that level, the 75ts are about the same level of ANC as the PadMate units. But you have to really crank up the 75t, to get to roughly the same level of ANC as on the PadMate Quiet. I'll say I'm really impressed with those Padmate units, for the money. The sound is excellent, the ANC is good, the app is....fair. At this stage the PadMate Quiet app is pretty barebones, but it gets the job done. And of course the 75t are awesome as always. The ANC is great on those of course. But the Padmate are really to be congratulated for their ability to deliver excellent ANC and other features at a good price. I mean - it's easy to do all that and have the buds cost $200. MUCH harder to deliver all those capabilities and be sub-$100. Padmate seems to have done it, with the Quiet model.
@@ELJefeReviews I didn’t dig the Slide product of theirs so I was kinda skeptical of the Quiet but so far I have to say I’m really really impressed by the Quiet. Very nice overall.
For me it was the quality control and the lack of customer support on the Pamu Scroll and Slide. Then came the Pamu Explore. Those were the final nail in the coffin. One of the worst over-ear headphones I've ever tested.
Really wanted to love this product but left earbud died after about 6 mths. Tried all of their resets & updates. Loved it for the 6 mths it worked. Great sounds and simple interfaces. Hope they work on quality.
Hello my friend!! The Jabra active Elite 75t still one of my favorite Earbuds. Yet this week I bought the Technics AZ70W, that Amazon have a promotion $100 off ($150). And I think my search is over. I finally found what I was looking, at a great price. The sound quality and microphone for calls is the best that I have tried so far!!
@@ELJefeReviews one question. In which video you recommended the tips replacement? I some you mention some foam ones. I think it would me positive that you do a video of tips. Are they standard?
Good to hear that these now have ANC, but it sounds like the buds already had the capability but the software was not ready at the time of the release. Still some companies would not have done what Jabr did, either they would have made you pay for the update or they would have not done the update for that model.
I love your channel and find your reviews pretty helpful. I had almost finalized Edifier TWS NB2 and this video landed today. The Elite 75t's are discounted where I stay and are available for around $150. The Edifiers are gonna cost around 100 bucks. Now I am more than confused. Which out of the two would you recommend?
Depends on what you need. The 75t beat the Edifiers on sound quality, call quality, app support and now ANC. The Edifier win with gaming mode, dual connection, and lower price.
Thanks for your reply bro. Dual control and game mode isn't a huge deal for me. Sound quality and ANC matter. Ever since I used my brother's Airpods Pro I have wished to buy a TWS with ANC. So just wanted to know if those 50 extra bucks for these features are worth the difference in this case
I have these and they are my favourite buds, comfortable, sound great and love the app. Hear thru is good and the ANC works but I need to play with. The tips a bit more I think, maybe some aftermarket tips will help.
Wow, you quick! I just saw the video yesterday on Jabra's RU-vid channel. I'm still a bit confused how that's possible. Does that mean the necessery hardware was already in there? How about the comparison, when it comes to sound since the update. Can they compete with the Sony and 1More?
@@ELJefeReviews I watched of course before i asked :). You only mentioned the ANC performance, that's why i asked. With the sound quality in mind, do they still rank in third place?
Great review man. I have the active 75t and my update says 2.0 installed and I'm still getting cracking (static) issues with my left ear bud. This is my second pair with same issue. Have you experienced this?
Do you do a review of these previously? I looked but didn’t see one. I ask because gamesky said the sound was artificial to him and I wanted to go back and see what your original impressions of these were. Oh and also, I have small ears and have had enormous trouble with my jlab ANC Epic Airs, so I am finding myself shopping around again unfortunately. So do you think these would work for me?
Hey El Jefe! I know this is quite old but I’ve got the Jabra elite 75t’s recently and I’m in love. Is there any compatible ear tips for these ear phones? Like the C360 something you mentioned I a more recent video? Just would like to ask if there more compatible ear tips!
Thanks for review and how quick and informative it was, have you tested what the reduction in play time is, there is got to be one, that’s to be expected
I have not completed battery testing with ANC mode yet. Normally with ANC on you will see 1-1.5 hour loss. This is the case with Sony, 1MORE, Sennheiser, and many others. I don't expect much of a difference here.
@@ELJefeReviews thanks El Jefe, that would place them close to many others at say 5.5 to 6 hrs which is fine. I’m using a pair of the new Technics at the moment and they quote around 6 hrs which I haven’t had chance to test yet with ANC on. I haven’t got the 75’s and may wait for the active version of the 85’s for sports use.
Makes me wonder if the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ has the potential to support ANC but Samsung decided not to implement it and push for the Buds Live... There's also the possibility we might one day see custom firmware for wireless earbuds to add features not implemented by the manufacturer.
I was going to buy the Apple airpods pro but the battery that they used was designed to deteriorate quicker and they Also had tons of problem with them that many were experiencing. They made it where you were constantly buying the airpods again and again. Now not everyone is experiencing this but many are. Im just going to say, good job jabra you just found yourself another customer.
To be fair, I've never experience a single malfunction with my AirPods Pro. I bought mine on release day and they have worked perfectly for the entire year I've had them.
@@ELJefeReviews I agree that many have had a great experience with the airpods pro but I also know that some have not. I just don't want to buy the airpods pro and have the chance of them dying on me in a year and a half. I want a solid piece of earbud that will stay with me for a while that I can trust. I would love to buy the airpods pro its a wonderful product, I just don't want to take the 20 or 30 percent chance that they will stop working early on. Thank you so much for replying! It's nice to know that you care and look at our feedback. :)
You take the same chance with any other earbud. Most don't benefit from the extensive QC and warranty you get with Apple. But I understand where you are coming from. To be honest, any TWS that last you 2 years is lucky. These tiny batteries only have so many charges in them. TWS were never designed to be a long term investment.
Absolutely! The AirPods Pro do so much very well including ANC. However, Sony is far ahead of Apple with noise cancellation research. Both the WF-XM3 and the SP800N are superior to most other ANC TWS on the market.
@@ounerbouks1392 I tested than as well and I completely disagree. Funny right? I don’t lend any credibility to Amazon reviews wether good or bad. I trust my own experience.
@@ELJefeReviews yes it is complex it is clearly necessary to test yourself :) I'm waiting for my 85t but it's still long :) I love these 75t, and I love this brand for a long time
Hello sir! Comparing with edifier neo buds pro or 1more comfobuds pro? Which is better call quality and deep bass with more volume? Please let me know. Thank you
Hey man! I noticed that around May (last time I had these earbuds), Jabra released an update that significantly decreased the volume/bass level of these earbuds. Did you notice this as well and have they fixed it?
The update works for the EliteActive as well. The battery will take a -2hr hit with ANC on. The 85t will be semi open ear I read, so I will hopefully wait and get the EliteActive for $150 or so with this new update. Thx for the info EJR.
What ive seen the 75T is still the best choice? Compare to the samsung buds Pro and the Jabra 85T which of the 3 would you choose i prefer bass and sound quality. Because i heard the buds pro isnt loud enough AGAIN lol i have the buds plus i should of bought the 75T from the start LOL. If i had choose that one i wouldnt even look for another one i havnt heard one reviewer said anything bad about it the first thing they say DAMN amazing bass and loudness. I heard the 85T are more neuteral but basshead would choose the 75T and wouldnt upgrade. You agree with that?
I can't wait to hear your honest opninion on the comparison of the 75t and the 85t. I'll purchase my partually birthday gift with a month of delay. Mayby the sound will be a little better on the 85t? I'm a metal fan with sometimes a mood for silent song. I'm afraid that the bass will damage the performance of the metal songs. Mayby details will get lost? Although I'm a great fan of bass music.
El jefe what about the new beats flex, a refreshed and improved version of the previous beats x, but just for 50 bucks ... are you going to review them ? saludos !
Just updated mine.. Got my Jabra 75t Active for $119 on Amazon Renewed..they are my favorite buds. ANC is nice addition it's not the greatest ANC but it does work
I need a new pair of earbuds (My 65t's battery is trash at this point, and they are very buggy for some reason). Should i get a refurbished pair of 75t, wait another year and get a refurb pair of 85t, or get the Galaxy Buds Plus?
Thank you man for this information, so should I buy jabra elite active 75tband save some bucks or should I get sony 1000xm3 Preferance sound quality and bass Please answer my question Once again Thank you 💜💜😍😍🤩🤩
I would love to hear your perspective on how the updated 75t's compare to the 85t's. Is the better ANC on the new Jabra's worth the tradeoff in IP rating and durability
Truly wireless is dope and I love my 75ts but what is your favorite wired in ear headphone. Mine are the bose in-ear but they're discontinued so their days are numbered. You have any wired buds that are equal if not better in terms of comfort and bass Jefe, or anyone in the comments?
@@ELJefeReviews It’s very helpful. You are very detailed n shared the software version and app version. I have always enjoyed your videos and looked forward to your video uploads. I might not be the first to watch but I will watch them whenever I am free.
I've watched your review on Earfun Free Pro and it seems like an all rounder TWS with an affordable price. Thank you for sharing your review with the community.
