I was never a fan of Cantelmo, but I'll take your words in the spirit intended! Yes, IME DMT can have a negative feel to it, and certainly burned wicks from Z-series coils seems to be repeated cause (tripping with Covid was another for me!). Funnily enough, burning Wenax K coils seem to cause really freaky time dilation. Perhaps there are impurities from the burning wicks that can somehow use the presence of DMT vapour to bypass the blood brain barrier and interfere with the trip. Obviously just a wild guess, but something weird seems to be happening.

I've just stopped by to say thank you for this great video. I tried using a tank once without doing any research. I didn't get good results, so I've been using a cartridge ever since. This video has inspired me to try this method again now that I have the proper education. I got all of my equipment now, and I will fill the tank soon. This video, along with all of the great feedback, has me feeling very confident and excited to compare this method versus the 510 cartridge. I like to think someday I will try the e mesh, but i like the tank/cart because you fire up again immediately if you are not where you want to be. Thanks Terrapin but nowadays I only suggest non rebuildable tanks like this to folks who are adamant that the can't handle the (slightly) more complex setup of a rebuildable. Rebuildables are ime far more resistant to scorching and generally far more foolproof in use. If you do go ahead with the Zeus as in the video, I strongly recommend slowly building the wattages and taking care not exceed the stated wattages for your specific coil. Hey Minty, good to see this ‘evil’ imagery bit added. I’ve had a few burnt coils and didn’t realise this was responsible for the weird dark sludgy basic block geometry I was experiencing, I thought my gear was past its sell-by date! How weird that a burnt coil can turn the experience that way… also weird time dilatation but I could hear people talking at a completely normal speed. Very weird. Thanks mate, yes I found same unpleasant burning effects on all the Z series coils I tested, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were pretty unhealthy too. As well as the persistent headache I was left with, I also chatted at length with a guy who reported a much worse phenomenon he described as "brain zaps" with his own burned Smok RPM coils. Of course, I only have his word for it but for sure, his testimony certainly did nothing to make me feel any more positive about the situation! Gfreat to catch you, speak again soon fella!
Freaking awesome video Minty, massive thank you. I would like to add that while cotton is the cleanest thing to use as a wick from a taste perspective, burning cotton releases so many nasties it's almost unbelievable. Formaldehyde being the most memorable. How bad a slightly scorched wick is I have no idea but very interesting to read that possibly linked to the more sinister experience. One Q I have after watching your video and reading comments is that you also have and use an imesh. Do you prefer the gentle several hits to breakthrough from a PV/VG style vape or a single hit to breakthrough possible with the imesh? @@MintyLoveDMT

Absolute legend. I don't know that I want to get a non rebuildable to replace carts, just based on storage concerns with my frequency, but I absolutely appreciate the vast knowledge you drop here. I have an L200 from Geekvape now and I'm still waiting on a few things for the emesh, also have a LONGMADA Motar 1 Atomizer on the way to try out. What a time to be alive :)
I'd expect a steep learning curve with the Motar, but for sure its good to test as many types of vape tool as possible. IME, this is the only proper way to get an idea of what will suit you and what won't. Good luck!

No problems mate, but take care which kit you buy because many of them include a Z nano 2 tank which several folks have already mistaken for the tank featured in this video, and they take lower powered coils (the B series) and so the recommendations for wattages/toke durations that I mentioned in the video will not apply to them. The tanks in this video take the Z series coils. Good luck!
Yes a Ccell palm can be used although it will be a harsher vape and less powerful than "sub ohm". As you may recall, I released a video on the Ccell Palm. However, my opinions no longer reflect the highpraise I heaped on it, so I made the video unlisted (despite it being my second best viewed). I actually much prefer the Yocan Uni Pro these days. Thanks eric, it's funny how we're getting the "Minty's back" thing, heck I've done lots of testing stuff, reporting on the discord, keeping the web pages current. In fact all but making new utube content - which is massively time-consuming and only ever represents a snapshot of knowledge at the time the video was published - and then gradually drifts out of date. Still, I have some more ideas in the pipeline before the Mrs hijacks every single bit of spare time and I eventually succumb to her nagging and renovate our tired old kitchen.

Hi Stan, the mod I used in the video is a Lost Vape Grus 100, but as I mentioned in the video almost any mod with a 510 connector that's capable of chucking out 40W without stressing will do - although of course the build qualities differ. If you can find a Grus 100 Quest V2, then yes, these are good for sure. Also, the LostVape Thelema Solo is almost the same mod but in a different body. I mean, which country so you live? If it's UK then I'd suggest the Original Geekvape Solo Mk1(not so much the Solo Mk2 AKA S100) because they're still easily available at a bargain price.
i had a friend put it at 70w and smoke half the tank over the course of an hour or two, he was definitely tripping but not as much as you'd think, he was just laughing with his eyes closed.
Hey Minty! First of all: Thanks a lot for your information. It really helps a lot. I started doing CCELL mit TH2 because my D-Juice was always leaking with my Eleaf Istick with Melo C. I found information about the CCELL Cart Stuff when i was looking of a good way to inhale 5-Meo-D Juice, which works pretty well. For D-Juice it´s also good but i would love to have a device where i can get a 1-Hit breakthrough but also where the Juice is not leaking. How is the Geekvape Zeus when it comes to leaking? The airhole are on top right? I already lost so much of the medicine with my normal Eleaf Melo C (and also- the 5ml is way to much). Thanks a lot for help it would save me a lot of money :)
I wouldn't recommend the non-rebuildable Zues for a single hit intensive trip (if that's you define a "breakthrough"), at least not for NN-DMT (I can't speak for 5meo). Assuming the seals are intact, and handled properly the Zeus can be fairly leak resistant. But if they're left rolling round in a bag, or maybe using the Z0.4 or Z0.2 coil on too high a Wattage (which will have leaking through the coil and pooling in the base) then problems may well occur. If you want a single hit megabast device for ejuice, then I've found rebuildable sub ohm to be far better. But of course they're a bit more involved to set up.

So far I've been using Z-Nano tanks. Do you know if the Zeus tanks are compatible with the Z50? This may sound ridiculous but I can't find any compatibility charts on their site. If not, will the Z-Nano 2 tank do the job just as well? It uses B coils. Finally, should I pick the same resistance as Zeus if I use B coils? Thanks a lot for doing the Lord's work :D
Hi, to answer your questions - Yes the Z50 is great mod for the price and entirely suitable for both the Nano and Zeus Tanks, and in fact almost any other tank/atomiser (with the standard 510 connector) you'll ever use for Deems vaping (including both rebuildable and non-rebuildable sub ohm. I've left a review on my website here sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/emesh/mod-box-reviews/geekvape-z50 - Personally I would prefer not use the nano 2 or any similar Restricted Direct To Lung tank with dmt, because so much care will be needed to prevent the coils burning. But if you insist then choose the coil with the highest rated power (the B0.2 which is rated at 50-58W for Nicotine), and keep the wattage no higher than mid to high 20s with 6 sec or shorter tokes to avoid burning - and spread the comeup over several tokes, don't try to blast off in one long megatoke. The Zeus has bigger coils and the Z0.15 as mentioned in the video will be more resilient to scorching. Bear in mind that deems appears much harder on coils than nicotine, and burning them can be extremely unpleasant. Could I persuade you to look at rebuildable sub ohm instead? I've found this better in every way apart from a slight increase in setup complexity. So tanks like the Destiny, Kylin Mini V2 or Dead Rabbit V3. Minty thank you for all your hard work. I just went today and got a new sub ohm. I got the geek vape zeus max. Didn't realize I was getting one with a bigger coil than the Zeus that came with my mod. I was assured it was the same unit just a newer model. Any experience with the Zeus max?
Hi mate, appreciate the kind words. I have no experience with the Z max so a bit of cautious testing might be a good idea. I'd normally suggest the highest manufactured rated coil, but I'm not so sure about this because this is the M0.15 which is one of those quad coiled coils, and I've tended to shy away from multiple coiled coils since the juice entry points are normally at only one side of each coil. And even the next one down, the M0.2 seems to be a triple coiled coil. My fears might be unfounded though, perhaps the way forward always give it a try on a lower wattage first and just see how it goes. Good luck and let me know how you find it.

Although I haven't tried the Z Max there are a several things about it that would make me strongly prefer the regular Zeus, so IMO you made a smart call on swapping the Max. If you prefer a 50/50 or 60/40 then use that. The only thing I'd say is that higher VG mixes will be thicker so there might be some differences in max Wattage /toke durations so I'd suggsest erring on the side of low/short until you're sure that you're not toasting your coil.
I cannot advise on flavouring as it's not something I would do myself, although I'm aware that some have added vape flavourings. If you aspire to having an artificial chemical taste of your bubble gum mango kandykrush whilst touring the realms of the Gods then good luck to you!

Today I will make my first DMT cart thanks to the references in your videos, I agree that it should only have PG and not VG, I was also thinking of making a hybrid cart with DMT and THC, or making one with DMT and adding an infusion of B. This works like a champ! I like 1:1 with 100%pg which requires a lower wattage. Question...if the coil holds .5ml of liquid, how do you keep from wasting material when changing coils?
Glad u like ut humpty, thanks for the feedback. And good question - when you change the coil, what happens to the 0.5ml? Well by then I guess you may have topped it up (several times)with PG or PG/VG (no deems) as the level has fallen to the top of the transfer holes - and not a great idea to vape lower than that. So does this make it weaker? Yes of course, so either just enjoy a few gentler trips, or use for MAOI-augmentation (i.e. vapourhuasca) where the reduced strength won't be a problem. So if you do this, when you eventually do change the coil there'll not be a vast amount of deems trapped in it anyhow. Some waste is inevitable with sub ohm, for me it simply involves buying bark in bigger batches.

Some folks think I'm nuts for dosing the raw rue seeds and have settled on more refined types of MAOI, but rue suits me perfectly (I don't give a hoot about the taste).
@user-yh7wi2oy3t Hello mate, we've found that the temperature control on the Solo 2 (AKA the S100) isn't anywhere near up to emesh standards. However the good news is that we no longer recommend using temperature control anyway. The new procedure is described on my website here sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/emesh/technique-for-noobs So if using the new recommended procedure, yes the Solo 2 is OK. I'm still not terribly in love with the weak faceplate design and overall build quality TBH, but as long as you don't drop it with an atomiser fitted, it should do the job. Good luck!
I just have 0.4g of freebase, it is not worth dissolving it as the juice will not be enough to fill the tank, right? I use the e mesh now, but my throat still burns like hell after a 3-second toke. I was hoping that the juice would be less aggressive.

have you read the faq at the end as well as the main body? If you're getting such discomfort you're not followìng the recommendations. Forget tripping, just concentrate on getting acclimatised to the vapour. Cool vapour will be weak and some find it very harsh as spice condenses on wet parts of the mouth. so keep the temp up with slow tokes. But from the info you've given its impossible to properly diagnose

Sure can, it's a Lost Vape Grus 100. These are/were available in two versions, the Quest V1 and Quest V2. I had one of each and would suggest the V2 as the V1 is just a bit too simplistic for my tastes (but works well in Power mode). I have now flashed both of my Grus 100 to Artic Fox, and this is the user interface shown in the video. The Lost Vape Thelema Solo is a very similar mod made by Lost Vape. I also have one of these, although mine is the DNA model. There is a non DNA model available which is good value. Avoid the Hyperion which has a self destruct fire button. Apologies if that's too much info!
@@MintyLoveDMT Thanks for such a quick response! I had a problem with my Ageis Solo which was registering a NO COIL DETECTED error. I did manage to get a replacement Mod from Geekvape free of charge but that had the same error so it could have been my RDA. I can't remember exactly what happened but I remember just binning it all (foolish, but it was always meant to be) anyways I currently have another one in my basket alongside the Zeus tank and some 1.5 coils. Quick question is this “locked out” a real thing as I’m feeling this happening to me I’ve the same set up as in the video, coil, tank everything & I just can’t seem to blast off the visuals are hardly turning up for me like they used to in the past I can see them trying to form but never actually do it’s getting annoying now any suggestions??
hard to diagnose with so little background info. in truth I no longer recommend this tank to anyone who thinks they can handle a rebuildable instead. There are also a shit ton of dos and don't with non rebuildables thay need to be observed, these are listed on my website as mentioned in the video. But if you want to stick with this tank, you could try a new z0.15 coil, a 1:2 mix with 70/30 or even 63/35 pg/vg and start from 25W, cautiously working upwards with 7 sec very slow tokes. The slower the toke the warmer and more concentrated the vapour will be, which makes a colossal differenc3 in toke punch. And a bit higher proportion of VG will be not only smoother, but for some reason also seems to help transport the dmt to the lungs. But be careful as these Z coils can burn very easily and create very unpleasant effects. Rebuildables are ime much more resilent against burning and can much more safely deliver a big single toke punch.
Hi Billy, in fact I already have a Veco and have tried a variety of coils with it including the ceramic Vapore EUC Ccell 0.3Ω. I quite like the tank, as long as I don't try single toke blastoffs. It's a restricted "direct to lung" with less airflow, and lower powered coils than the Z series featured in the video. I agree about it being leak resistance, but I have to disagree with your assessment of the ceramic coils, from my experience these are utterly awful at best. Firstly, accurate temp control was found to be impractical owing to the usual press-fit of the coil wires creating a contact resistance which reduced as temperature increased - so offsetting the usual TCR of the material. I managed to compensate for this to some extent by screwing the base on super tight and using TC-TCR mode and setting the TCR manually. But then I just couldn't get a decent DMT hit out of it. I investigated this in some detail and eventually came to the conclusion that the ceramic wick just isn't pourous enough to allow juice to pass sufficiently quickly to replenish that lost by vaporization. If you're interested in my experimental procedure and conclusions, I published them here sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/sub-ohm-non-rebuildable/ceramic-coils In truth, I found the non-ceramic coils to be far better than the ceramic, but even then I was scorching the 0.3 ohm traditional on less than 26W with a 6-8 sec toke. I also wasn't terribly keen on the 510 driptip, which although fine with the stock short stubby one, was a lot more wobbly for an extended curved driptip than the usual 810 fittings of the true Direct To Lung tanks. But taking nothing away from it, I still think its a great tank if the right coilis fitted and it's not driven beyond its limitations.

Just started this journey lol so like probably many others before me quickly found the Vandy RDA are unavailable etc. I know you said on your site you have a list you recommend but was just wondering if there is you’d recommend as wasn’t sure how old that recommendation post list was. ❤

Note that I no longer use emesh these days, for me it doesn't suit the gradual approach that I outlined in my latest video. Hope you're well. I was digging around in my collection of old vaping tanks and devices, and I came across a tank called "the revel" by Ehpro. It's quite an old tank, but it's got a pump action press valve on the top, for squirting the liquid down onto the coils, whilst the liquid is kept up in the top of the tank, uncontaminated. This tank will be absolutely perfect for vaping D liquid. You may still be able to source one on the Internet, if you're lucky😉
@leyor7604 Oh wow yes, looks very interesting indeed. In fact a group of us on the Discord are investigating the phenomenon of producing vapour from a "just about drying wick" which when done correctly seems to produce insanely brilliant colours in the visuals but not the usual high-intensity body load. Sure, we can do this with a big DTL RTA and a chunky fused clapton, but then the experience is often far too much to handle comfortable. So MTL tanks have mainly been used with round wire or very fine clapton wire. One of our favorite tanks so far has been the FEV4.5S+. But this Revel looks actually better for our purposes than the FEV, as it has the manual pump. Thanks for reporting that leyor, I may well have a look around, see if I can find one, or something similar.

Hi Matiz, it really epends on many factors including your definition of "breakthrough" (everyone has their own definition of it), the rate/duration of your toke, the Wattage used, how long you hold in the vapour, how much you're prepared to risk burning the coil and probably other factors. The big problem with this and the other non-rebuildable atomisers I've tested has been the ease of burning the wick in the coil when they're driven hard. However, exactly as described in the video, with this Zeus atomiser, I can get a totally engulfing experience in 2 hits with no risk of burning the coil, but only when set up properly. I'd say if you want a single toke blastoff device, it's probably safer to go for rebuildable sub ohm, or even emesh IME.
@@MintyLoveDMT thank you very much for your time, I have a geek vape b60 aegis boost 2 first time I burn the coil very quickly in a set of 175f 48W And idk if I broke through I literally had 3 long hits with e liquid 1.5 ml with o.5grams in it. But yes it burns, I'd like to try something like 30 W to see if I can get a good results as well as keeping the life of my coil for longer.
Well, if you're using the Boost pods which take the B series coils then none of these are compatible with temp control mode. If you try to use them in TC mode the mod will act like it's in power mode and drive the coils continuously at the Wattage you set in TC mode. Even with the highest rated B-series coil (the 0.2 ohm 50-58W for nicotine) I'd personally have to think hard before going over about 25W with a 7 sec toke. With shorter tokes it might be better but the burning will never be far away with this, unfortuntately. Sadly, it seems that dmt juice is very hard on non-rebuildable coils.
@@MintyLoveDMT well what you describe is very accurate and I have to be very careful with the coils because although the vape is powerful the coils only go up to 58w which makes the power of the vape useless due to the low W in the coils, I think I'll have to stick to low W and short hit if I want to keep my coil for longer.
Hi Minty! i want to build a Mesh setup, but i don't really have access to the battery and mesh you all suggest. is it ok if i find a battery at 100w with temperature control? and will any RDA atomizer work or should i only get the Mesh one?
@cosmingrigore1032 Hello mate, I'm assuming you'd like to build an emesh setup correct? If the answer to this is yes, then you'll need a mesh RTA, not just any RDA. The main ones folks are choosing is the "Mesh Pro" clone, available on Aliexpress and Wish (just search for "Mesh Pro RDA") and also the Cthulhu Iris RDA which is a higher quality device but more expensive. Almost any mod will work with the latest suggestion for noobs, which is based upon using Power mode and not the old Temp Control recomendation. Hey minty, the burning coil bit got my attention.. the trip simulation looked very familiar! I seem to be getting this every time with my Emesh, noticing left over burnt residue afterwards. I'm running 11w fixed wattage but turning it down seems to make for a weaker trip. Have you got any ideas? Thanks so much, Max
@maxligema2380 Hi Max, I highly doubt you're burning your spice on a mere 11W, unless you have the fire button pressed when no toking, and I'm actually surprised you can feel any effects whatsoever on such a low wattage (latest suggestion for noobs is higher see sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/emesh/technique-for-noobs ). I once accidentally left my emesh set to 30W power mode (the residue burnoff setting) and unknowingly vaped 20mg with it set like this. The vapour was hot. the trip was insanely intense (which was a perfect demo of hotter vapour being more potent), but there was no sign of the type of negative effects caused by burning the wick in a rebuildable coil. However, if your dmt is waxy/impure then this will tend to leave a black residue on the mesh after a fire cycle. For me this doesn't affect the trip ambience, but the point is that it might do for you. So the question in my mind is how pure is your spice, and did you extract it yourself. Also I'd suggest a higher wattage, and keeping the toke rate under control. Monochrome visuals are expected with low wattages/cool vapour (irrespective of dose), so if you want colour then get that vapour warmed up somehow. The effects from a burned cotton Z-series coil are for me far more disagreeable that mere lack of colour- - they can be pretty freaky! Good luck!

I had a session last night following your suggestions, and tried a range of wattages and air flows, from 13 to 22 (one of these was hella intense..!!) It seems that for me 16w with air flow totally closed is the absolute sweet spot. I had my first ever "God" experience, with such a gentle come up. Reality just slowly melted away in subtle wave like vibrations. I'm so amazed at how different the trip can feel from just tweaking the settings on the vape. Have you experienced much of this effect as well? I hadn't heard many people talk about it before. Kindest thanks 🙏🌱🙏
Well however unusual it might be to find a sweet spot with the air vents closed, who can argue if that what works for you! Onwards and upwards, I wish you many more amazing experiences!
Hello mate, in the days when I thought that temperature control was the best thing since he invention of fire, I would have definitely recommended that mod, or perhaps the Aegis Mini (original version), because not only are they utterly brilliant all-rounders, their TC performance is top tier and for a rock bottom price. And TBH I still would say if you can find one of these then snap them up quickly. But now that I've abandoned temperature controlled mode on all my atomisers (inc emesh), a much wider variety of mods is acceptable to me. I have three Original Solos and they are my everyday go-to but as long as the mod has a 510 connector and capable of variable Wattage settings then it should get you far into the realms, if used correctly. Is there any particular one you were thinking of?

Hello mate, I've never tested the Z Max coils, but TBH I'd suggest utmost caution with Wattages as I'd expect that the ease of burning the wicks on these to be just as easy as the Z series, and the consequences of doing this to be equally unpleasant. Could I persuade you to look at rebuildable tanks? I have a ton of these reviewed for dmt use on my website sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/sub-ohm-rebuildable and they're generally far more resilient to scorching, and can handle a lot more potency when set up right. These days I only suggest non-rebuildables to those who insist they cannot handle the slightly more involved setup of the rebuildable.

Hi Michael, this is what I call leakthrough and the most common causes of it are as follows ... - Top cap not fitted properly or at all - Damaged or missing top cap seals, or coil seals - Using higher wattages/longer tokes, especially with the NON-recommended Z0.4Ω coil - A little leak-through is expected with regular use, although some coils more susceptible than others (the Z0.4 by far worst during testing with dimtri juice) - Damaged, missing or incorrectly inserted coil - Juice level so low that one or both coil transfer-holes are not completely covered (remaining juice leaks into the base once below). How is the cotton swap filter as opposed to the micron filter? I have trouble finding the 1 micron filter, and it’s expensive where I do see it, I even downloaded Ali express to check there. With the cotton swab trick, do you find it works just as well? Or would I be well advised to do something like filter twice, or pack the needle cavity with as much cotton as it will fit? I really wish to avoid any burning, but I will probably want to push the coil towards the upper limit of total dosage output per draw. In that vein of things, would it still be ill advised to try for one hit breakthroughs if I am willing to make the juice too strong to be suitable for casual usage? Say if I were to make it a 1:1.5 ratio instead of 1:3 or 1:2. Or I try to push it to 1:1. Would this be ill advised for any particular reason?
I bought my filters from Aliexpress and there's a link to them on my website page here (scroll down to the kit links) sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/choosing-safe-d-juice - don;t forget to select the 1 micron variety. The cotton trick can work as well but some experience will be needed to tell how hard to pack the cotton into the blunt tip. Too hard and it'll be almost impossible to get the juice through, too light and it won't filter properly. The bona-fide syringes take the guesswork out of it. I don't recommend trying to get a 1 hit blastoff with this tank, but feel free to try with stronger mixes. Instead I'd say buy a rebuildable like the Zeus X or Dead Rabbit V3 if you want single hit intense trips.
Well a 50/50 certainly wouldn't be my own personal first choice but at at push I expect it'd be OK. I tried a 50/50 and for me it was miles too VG rich, and felt like I was choking on candy floss, plus it seems to weaken off the punch of the vapour a little at lower vapour temperatures. I'd suggest looking a bit harder for the individual bottles. Heck, I found tons of PG and VG on ebay - are you seriously saying you cannot find these? Separate bottles will allow you to experiment around and find a mix which suits you individually. But of course, it's your shout not mine. Good luck whatever you choose!
@Matt-nk5yy Hi Matt, I actually own an NRG and have tested it out with a variety of coils including the GT 0.3 ohm ceramic, and deems mixes It's not a bad tank IMO, but it's a restricted Direct to lung so made for lower powered, smaller coils so it has limitations for deems use. Basically this means that if using any traditional cotton-wick GT coil GT coil - if you try to blast off in one rip, you'll likely end up burning it with potentially unpleasant consequences. I tried to overcome the burning problems by switching to the highest power ceramic coil option (GT0.3), but found it to be much worse than the cotton-based ones, utterly dreadful in fact. The big problem with sintered ceramic wicks is that although they work miraculously well in carts, they just don't seem to scale up well to larger atomisers. The capilliary action in a ceramic wick just isn't good enough to supply juice to the coil fast enough to replace that lost by vaporisation. If you're interested in why I came to these conclusions, I actually published my procedures/finding on my website here sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/sub-ohm-rebuildable/sub-ohm-non-rebuildable/ceramic-coils but the message is forget the ceramic coils because they're uttlerly useless. Although I don't recommend it, I'm not saying the NRG is a bad tank. Unlike the true DTL sub ohms, it has a nasty 510 drip tip fitting which is a bit wobbly (and often comes adrift at the critical moment) when using an extended driptip. But if the right coil is fitted (GT2 0.4 - nicotine rating 55-65W is my own favourite) it's capable of providing a very clean tripping experience if handled correctly. Just don't expect too much power from a single toke, instead use 2-3 tokes to get there, and keep the Wattage under control (i.e. less than about 26W with a 7 second toke) and even then, coil burning will forever be at the back of your mind, The biggest thing IME is avoid the ceramic coil options like the plague! Best of luck whatever you choose!

I'm not desperately in love with the latest Geekvape Aegis series, but the mini V2 (AKA M100) would certainly do the job for what you want with deems, provided you used it as a "power mode" device and didn't rely on its temp control function. Just don't drop it with a tank fitted or expect the weak faceplate to break.
Well maybe, but unless some regulation is in place, My concern would be that perhaps folks wouldn't appreciate the power of something so easily available. We both know that thrill-seekers would spoil things for serious conciousness explorers.

Well I guess the war on drugs is a USA thing, we don't really have that in the UK. But of course, USA is where I regularly read about yet another area that has decriminalised psilocybin, DMT and other stuff - so while your vape laws seem to defy logic, there is apparently some common sense that escapes the lobbyists and other financers that influence lawmaking over there.
just for discussion sake do you ever run yours on temp control? Ive been running my zues setup at 150c with watts set at max 35 watts using the .15 coil. Keeps the hits nice and cool and usually breakthrough with 2 or 3 hits. 70/30 pg vg, and usually 700mg per ml of juice. wondering if anyone else also runs temp control with e juice? if so what's your settings?
Temp control in vapes is IMO the most hyped and least understood principle ever. Over the previous 3 years I've gone full circle on it mate - from being a big fan to completely abandoning it on all my atomisers, even emesh. As regards using TC on the Zeus, the Z0.15, Z0.15(XM), Z0.2 and Z0.4 coils are are made from Kanthal heating elements, so if any of these are used in TC mode these will simply be driven constantly at the max wattage you set in TC mode (irrespective of the set temperature). Of course, this might still provide a great experience but it's certainly not providing temperature control. Sadly not even the Z0.15(SS316L) coil is specified by the manufacturer to work in TC mode - probably owing to the way the coil is constructed - i.e. with press fitted wires which reduce contact resistance with temperature, thus offsetting the effects of TCR and destroying any hope of a working TC function. Even with perfectly constructed coils (definitely not the Z series), and mods with top rate TC, it's still an extremely fragile principle and not one that I'd personally rely on to prevent dry hits or burned coils.
well I finally took mine out of TC mode and set mine on power mode at 32 watts...... has been working great so far. I guess I over estimated how TC mode works on these vapes. Thank you for the knowledge your videos helped out a whole lot @@MintyLoveDMT
In a word yes. The Z0.15XM will be Ok, but better still the Z.015 non XM, just called the Z0.15. Personally, I'd ditch the Z0.4 As I mentioned in the video, work up slowly on the wattages watching out for signs of burning. In particular, stongly suggest avoiding the gotchas as outlined on this page part way down sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/sub-ohm-non-rebuildable/zeus-setup-useage-guide These days I only suggest these non-rebuildable tanks for those who really can't be persuaded to go for the (slightly?) more involved setup of a rebuildable tank, which are generally more foolproof in use and less prone to wick scorching

Hi Skinman, if it really is 70PG 30VG and not the other way round (as many premixed juices are) then it'll be fine. if I was making this video again I'd probably lean more to a 70PG 30VG mix instead of the 80/20 as shown. The only slight pain with premixed juice is that it'll be more tricky to filter (if you've chosen to do it) because you'll be pushing a thicker juice through it with the VG already in solution. We've had a few folks come unstuck with diving straight into the max suggested wattages when other things havn't been quite right. These days I only recommend these non-rebuildables for those who really cannot live with the extra kit and setup for a rebuildable tank. Good luck!

What is your experience in change of elevation with the zeis? I drove from 0 to 6000 ft elevation and it all drained in the bottom and someone told me i should of loosened the cap to prevent it from draining into the bottom reservoir but you said you need it on tight or it will drain?
Hi Rikit, I said "make sure the cap is fitted properly", I didn't say "tightly", because everyone has their own idea of what "tight" means. But to answer your question, ascending by 6000 feet with a filled Z tank is beyond my experience, and I suspect many others here in the UK where such experiences can only be provided by aircraft. However, I would surmise that the reduction in air pressure would indeed cause a quantity of the juice to soak throught the coil into the base with the cap correctly fitted. But I disagree with your anonymous "someone". Loosening or removing the cap would do absolutely nothing to help. It would only equalise the pressure and not maintain the slight reduction in the reservoir, which is what I guess prevents leakthrough when the cap is correctly fitted. But if you're relating a genuine experience and not a thought experiment, how can you be sure that any leakage was due to the air pressure. For example, was it stowed in a bag not upright, or did there happen to be an improperly fitted coil installed just prior to the journey, or any other unknown anomaly Impossible to say, isn't it? Owing to this uncertainty, if ever I travel with my own kit, I carry the tanks/carts etc empty and fill them at the destination.
Possibly, and of course experiments are welcome. However, I prefer to dose my maoi seperately to the dmt as one dose of MAOI will last me 3 hours or more.
Dmt is practically insoluble in VG, but will dissolve in PG very well (upto 2g of clean freebase in every ml of PG) so with any d-juice mix you'll need enough PG to dissolve the dmt completely. If you wamt to know more see sites.google.com/view/mintylovesrue/choosing-safe-d-juice
I made my own liquid but it is more a yellowish brown colour, I filtered it twice and when I hold a light up to it, it is clear but very dark is this normal.
Hi Psy, yes sounds normal. I've never had shade of brown in my own djuice, other than that caused by ageing (i.e. multi-week exposure to light and air), but so far I've only found filtering to remove cloudiness but not the yellow tints. IME as long as the juice is not cloudy then the clogging problems will be drastically reduced. The effects of vaping light/air darkened juice could be debated, but it's a different discussion In fact I no longer need to filter because I use the dptek extraction method, which produces fluffy clean spice straight from the dish. Hi Alkeryn I assume you mean vapour, not smoke, because few folks would want smoke from a vaporiser. Note that I would definitely not suggest 40W for any these coils unless the toke was very short and sharp, and even then I'd be concerned about scorching the coil. You could try a stronger mix at a lower Wattage, but I suspect that 20W would produce insufficient vapour to transport enough DMT into your lung tissues for a credible experience with the Z series coils. Also, bear in mind that vapour seems to needs heat to actually do its job efficiently in the lungs, and I doubt that 20W would be sufficient, even if the toke rate was very slow/long. Bear in mind that almost everyone will need a period of vapour acclimatisation when first starting to experiment with DMT. A week or two of gradually increasing toke durations and Wattages will normally do it. But of course, no need to take my word for any of this. I suggest folks simpy use the info in my videos as a starting point for further experimentation and find a way forward that suits them as individuals. Good luck mate!

Help. My vusuals look nothing like these, which are what i was expecting and hoping for. They are wierd sort of curved checker boards or targets. There is little movement beyond a slow morphing. Each time same things.appears/ Is this a reflection of my spice, me or something else. Anyone else been stuck like this?
Of course, sadly there are no guarantees for visuals. Taking certain medications (for examples SSRIs) might interfere and reduce quality of visuals, but that aside I suggest experimenting with different pg/vg mixes, dmt strengths, Wattages and toke durations. But you may have to accept the possibility that they could remain elusive. good luck!

Well not so much better Lonnie, TBH, it's swings and roundabouts. Emesh is vastly more efficient that this, and you can expect to go extremely deep into the realms on tiny amounts of spice and on a single toke. However, most find that the Zeus non-rebuildable method requires far less vapour-acclimatisation, generally having smoother vapour and you can toke all night long without reloading. It just gets through deems an awful lot faster. If it helps, I seldom use emesh these days, my favourite method is rebuildable sub ohm. I released a video on this some time ago, which I'm actually currently re-making into a much simpler presentation and including the very latest info.
you probably can use non nicotine stuff, but the pg/vg ratio will likely be different to what I've used with probably far more VG. This will make it thicker so it may not flow as well, and also besr in mind that dmt will barely dissolve in VG so that might also be a factor, if you want to make it stronger. I'm also not sure what effect, if any, that flavouring would have. To me it would seem more sensible to obtain individual bottles leaving you free to experiment around and find your ideal mix, but of course its your shout. Good luck!

That sounds like a pop, which is very common. Does it happen about 2-3 seconds into a toke? If so just hold it away, press the button till it pops, and then it'll be OK for a few minutes so you can do your tokes pop-free. Of course, I'd also suggest using the extended driptip if you aren't already.
Oh man, I tried the Adeptus approach with a new Zeus x-mesh and got totally spanked. It burnt like is was inhaling the proverbial burning plastic bag. Schoolboy error, central. I'm about to devote my remaining 0.75mg of the spice [very hard to get in NZ] to some juice - using a tank version. Fingers crossed, it works out.@@MintyLoveDMT
