Raw DPS build for Frost Vortex, as much info as possible on icy rain frost vortex, it isnt the best damage in the game, its not the best build in the game, but it is viable, when using the recurve crossbow, deviant, and hitting weakspots. I almost edited out the raw unbuffed dps, but i felt yall should see it rather then me take it out and give you some inflated number.
