This video worked for me! Only problem i had was when the pc tries searching for the printer through usb. I ended up going back to delete printer driver and had files from my other actual regular printer (which doesn’t work anymore) and deleted them. Went back to search for my ARKSCAN through usb and popped out in seconds!
Ugh thank God i finally figured it out mine kept beep and disconnecting usb sound. I had to click “add another printer” (after I uninstalled all previous ones to start fresh) and select the last one and manually Sekt what printer I had and set it as default. Great printer now!
how do I run label calibration using my fanfold labels for my Arkscan 2054A printer? I've run it through the back and it hasn't stopped blinking red. Anytime I try to print, it doesn't work.
Just got this printer! I installed the driver before plugging the printer in via USB. After the driver was installed, I plugged the printer in, but it was not detected by Windows and did not appear on the list of printers. I restarted my computer, and with the printer plugged in via USB I reinstalled the driver, and this time it appeared on the Windows list. The sample printed perfectly so it seems to be working :)

My printer just updated to the newest firmware and will not work. When it prints it feeds the paper backwards into the machine and prints a mirrored image. Resetting to factory defaults do not help. Trying to restore firmware but it is not available to download.
Hi, I wish to send Books Via Amazon FBA using this printer from England, UK. Does this Printer have everything required( as far as shipping and barcode labels) to be able to do so whilst using the UPS or more importantly, The Royal Mail delivery service? Thanks
You can print shipping label and product label by this printer. The books that you sell on Amazon for Amazon FBA can be utilized the small product label to fulfill Amazon FBA requirement.

Hello! Yes, you can use this printer in India. However, you will need a power outlet converter, or you may find a power cord which can replace our power cord using India's standard. The printer's power adapter will work as-is since it supports 230-volt. In terms of the label, any direct thermal label that is Zebra compatible will work with the printer. hi, I am having trouble printing as I changes the roll from a 8 x 4 to a 6x4 and have changed the sheet size in the printer preferences and my printer is just printing white sheets with nothing on them. By any chance do you have an idea of what the issue might be. Thankyou!
ARKSCAN, LLC i ran the calibration holding the green button and turning on until it gets red than let it go. But still starting the printing area a bit later than it should... i even tried to reduce the printing area but the printer would start to print even later... still cutting the lable i put 4x6”
Hello! Thank you for contacting us with your question. If you prefer to re-use those labels you can open up the printer lid and roll the labels back into the printer. Just be sure the place the label with the perforation lined up at the edge of the printer, mimicking where it is positioned after calibration.
Thermal printer doing too much drama especially with the paper size. I am using Brother QL-1100. Everything was going nice and smooth and suddenly I don't know how but the paper size option got changed. Usually, it shows like 102 *152mm but now it showing "om102mmx - 4", I don't know how bloody it changed. Now I have to Save it as a PDF and then print it.

It's now under a new name SoonMark and I am just really going in circles here. I need the 4x6 and the page set up only has 2.36 x 6. I edit it to 4 x 6, still, it goes back to 2.36 x 6. :-( When will I ever get out of this thing, so stuck :-( SO frustrating, I tried new, I tired edit, advanced options, all still the same, it insists on 2.36 x 6 and now it's 2.20 in x 6.00 in. I hope you get to read this and help me out.
