The black legs are spot on . . . the gold is rich . . . I love how warm the wood is! And the tassel on the key is so cool 😎 Have you decided to return to silent film? 😉

This piece of furniture was ment to be a bar cabinet! You did an AMAZING RESTORATION! Your prep work is impeccable and you stop only when the end result is perfect! I love the black base! Thanks so much for sharing

Beautiful result! I loved all your choices here - such a good idea to swap from a secretary desk to a drink cabinet… Colors are great, so warm and lovely. I still think key tassels are a bit too ‘precious’, but that’s a personal nit. I’ve found if I completely saturate my hot water with oxalic acid (keep adding powder till it won’t dissolve/absorb anymore) it will work better and faster - never needed 3 coats. I really like the pieces you find for us. Keep up the great work❣️
