Pro tip. There's a return spring for the decompression centrifugal weight on the end of the cam shaft. That spring sometimes binds. On mine, I cut one coil off and reshaped the hook. This will solve kickback issues while starting.
im trying to buy a pitbike with a 190 in it but the seller said that it had kicked back on him and cracked the back of the case. He put jbweld on it but it wont go into gear. You think the input shaft is snapped?
if you are still alive please reply. your kickback solution is one i have no heard. did you resolve the issue buy making the spring weaker because all other solutions i have seen require a stonger spring or adding a turn to the existing spring to make it stronger
With a PWK33 Carb and Manifold Adapter from Daytona, the Anima 212cc will produce just a hair under 25 hp. Which would be insane on a Small 12"/10" Pitbike.
Hey :-) which carb and Jetting do you use? I got an PE28 and for the 190 I think SJ 42 and MJ 125 is Right. And for the 212 ? Hope you Could help me :-)
What about a 140cc thumpstar engine how far can i take that out like in this video as the one I cot has oily plug and blows what smoke i kicked it over and there was smoke..still want to get it all thumpin and this looks the go
Do or can ya get the kit parts ECT for 190 Detroit sorry just new to all this and want to learn as looking to get 190 Welsh pit . Would really appreciate any help or advice thanks . And thanks for the video
Piston went from 62mm?. i wonder what HP gain with the upgraded piston and gaskets etc. My anima 190cc was 22rwhp. i assume 212cc is around 25/26rwhp. ?
Hey mate nice vid. I have an idea for you to have a think about. How about you make a super charger for it? This has been done allready on a 125 daytona by daytona engineerings. But has not come into production. Would be awsome to see the process of rigging a super charger to it!!
I've been thinking about using the amr500 roots supercharger on my 125 or 212 when I swap it, but I personally don't have the equipment to do it. I was thinking of running a pulley through the side cover connected to the stator so it matches the rpms. I'm also looking into a full intercooled turbo with manual boost controller setup
Hello, I wanted to ask you if these 190cc engines are for street, yaque, on the internet I find for pitbike and they should be with a shorter race. Thanks
soooo you just replaced a piston and a cylinder to increase the bore size... without changing the combustion chamber on the cylinder head to match the piston.. and didn't change the camshaft, and port the inlet and outlet runners to increase air velocity.. i hope at least the carburettor is a PWK 35 to let the engine breath and consume gas properly....
Thank you for this video. I have a Zongshen ZS190 2 Valve. It has a 5 speed transmission, I have modified my case to accept a 19 tooth front sprocket, I have fitted the smallest possible rear sprocket for my application, 28 teeth, on the rear. The bike is geared for over 100mph. I would like to know if I can swap this 212cc piston into the ZS190 casing and use the Daytona 190 4V head to accept the piston?
I just did it. I swapped the 212CC bore kit on the Zongshen 190 and swapped a 4v decomp daytona head on top. Currently dealing with an issue I need a daytona return decomp spring part 86880.
@@syedhaiderimam6593 you can find it online at places like tboltusa.com or wholesale-cycle.com both good places I order from both regularly doesnt come cheap though about $1,200

It´s the video of the installation, also on the description says the next video will be a test drive, can´t you read? Are you blind? Are you slow? because it looks like.
Thats for the neutral light . Yellow is ac power goes to voltage regulator, White is ac power goes to voltage regulator or sometimes to lights . Green is ground . Blue/White is signal for cdi , Red / Black is ac power for cdi . The yellow / green goes to a rubber plug that is over the engine output chain sprocket . When you are in neutral this wire gets grounded by the shifting drum . You may also have kill switch wiring to the cdi that should be black or black/white .
