Very interesting. One little project I want to do is to make a new pair of DC cables from the Exposure XI PSU to Exposure XII preamp so that they are just the right length (~70cm). Exposure supplied them originally 2m long. They use 4-pin metal DIN plugs either end. I intend to shield them since RFI is a problem in my home (WiFi, cordless phone, mobiles etc). BTW great to hear your daughter's singing! Mine are all grown up now, 4 is a lovely age. 13-16 can be taxing though! All the best, Rob

May I suggest getting a metal pot scourer and dip your iron into it before you use it to clean the tip. does a great job. You can also use wire wool.
