Upgrade your complete Audio system in a 99/00 Honda Civic 

You should get the 96-00 civic ex coupe sail panels with tweeter mounts and get component speakers and mount the tweeters on those sail panels

One thing I would have mentioned is when you are installing the 6.5's in the front. If you buy speakers with bigger magnets prepare to cut out the stock speaker cup thing in the door. I ordered some Infinity reference speakers for my 99 ek coupe and they would not fit without cutting that part out on the door panel. Nice whips they are clean af

Hey, in one thing is if you can Sautter the connections for the radio and the doorspeaker's wiring, it is best. And it helps improve the sound of the audio.

I suggest go in the audio settings and set the hpf on the front and rear to about 120 -12 db that’ll cut the bass out of the doors so they don’t sound bad

If you use a hot glue gun and just put a dab on couple spot where the speaker cover last go on it will make it not rattle and up you be able to pop it off pretty easy still just have to peel old glue off and redo when you put it back on again.
