Thanks for the info, unfortunately my son is due a couple of fillings in May, but based on what you’ve said Mark I’ll be making sure he doesn’t get the mercury ones. I also think intermittent fasting ie one meal a day is another good way for the body to heal and detox. Anyway still admire what you guys are doing and the positive energies you are putting out into the world. Cheers 😀

Great stuff Steven, yeah white composite fillings are the way to go....it's mindblowing that these mercury fillings are still being allowed in dentistry. Apparently they're going to be phased out though. And yeah intermittent fasting is great for detox and healing, we're a fan of that too.
