Don't even feel bad, Zack. I have the MSI OG Goat scales, too and I struggled with the clip just as much! I was screaming at the phone at the beginning "put the clip on the scales first, put the clip on first!"😂😂 Thanks for this video, though. It is definitely nice to see someone else go through it also!

This is really useful to me. I intend to get the MSI this year. Having seen this helps me see what I need to know. The OG scales look perfect. They make precision electric drivers btw.

I got the apocalyptic finish MSI too. I'd be interested in a matte or subdued finish with those scales. Looks great.

I need these scales. Sheesh they look good. The only issue I have with my MSI is the stupid screws for the pocket clip.

Thanks for the video, I opted for Wings pattern and Ambidextrous... So looks like I will have a racing stripe on one side. Still waiting for them scales though.

Fantastic video! Helped me big time! Learned from your video on the pivot. Mine did not want to come out as easy as yours. Required a tiny bit of mallet work (carefully). Getting the pivot back in was even harder because I got my scales cerakoted. My guess is the tolerances are just slightly off. Got it back in again with some gentle mallet work (scary but successful). Thanks for the video! 🙌
