Have you tried installing Server 2022 on this 5675 motherboard, I have been trying but I keep getting stopped after I install HyperV and most of the time (not ALL the time), when I reboot the server it just has the windows circle just going on forever, I have waited 90 mins and did not see if complete and other times I got it to reboot but after is gets into this loop I have to hold down the power button and sometimes in goes into recovery mode and sometimes not? Any ideas ? I am thinking about putting 2019 on it today and see if I am getting the same results, but I would be interested in your thought since I got 32gb of ram in this 5675, it would be great for a small Hyper-V server running 2-4 VMs.

I bought a MSI MAG A550BN PSU for my Dell Inspiron 5675. I think I connected it right but base on your video it doesn't turn on because the CPU cables pin are an 8 pin and the mother board has 4, am I correct? Do I need to return this PSU? Thank you.

i have this board. bought a new motherboard and processor and thought i would be able to change it smoothly - definitely not. what a pain and mess to change. im just gonna get a new power supply and the rest of the stuff and upgrade it, because this dell shit is so bad. thanks for the video.

I had a problem where I wiped my hard drive after having constant crashing and blue screen problems. Whenever Booting my pc I would get the crashed blue screen to scan or repair and I could continue and it would boot fine, but I would often struggle updating windows and could not reset my pc at all except for wiping hard drive. Now that I reset my hard drive to reset my computer and install and ssd, I’m unable to install windows, is it a bios issue or something else?

My Dell Inspiron 5675 doesn't turn on after a power outage in my area. I saw a video where show to check the diagnostic LED light in the back of the PC. When I press the button the light doesn't turn on. I believe the power supply needs to be replace. Does anybody know where can I purchase one? Could it be something else?

This guy is showing the PCI-e power connector as being the CPU power connector. They are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Any standard power supply will have a CPU power connector that will plug directly into the 4 pin CPU on the motherboard. You don't need to buy any converter. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about in regards to the CPU power connetor.

the 4 pin connector is rated for 192 watts and r7 2700x max power draw is 105 watt, which is the best upgrade option for this motherboard, that is currently confirmed. so I personally don't see a problem with using a 4-pin connector for the cpu.

Wow, where do I even begin lol. I have this system. NO ONE wants to migrate this piece of shit to another case. You're talking about completely useless 'upgrades' no one wants. What would be more useful is a video on upgrading the video card (this system came with several different cards) and upgrading the CPU (again, this pc came with several different CPUs). Plus, if someone were inclined to move this motherboard to another tower any tower you buy will have front connections for USB, ect. Unless the connections are proprietary there is no reason you couldn't plug the new connections into the motherboard.
