Hey man quick question, are the top two fans & the back fans all exhaust fans for you? Like are you using the front 3 as intake & the additional 3 you installed as outtakes?
Does your RGB Button work on the front panel (the button next to the audio jack)? And if so, how did you get it to work? Did you use the controller that came with the case (it only has 1 button)?
@@kinghendawe6696 did you get the reset thing and put it in the switch on the cooler master controller it switch and you put the reset in there from the motherboard it’s a small thing same size as the power switch under the switch that is supposed to have the motherboard reset small plug
Nice job, I am in the process of ordering my new build with the same case but I am going for the intel i12700k, and I will keep my current nvidia rtx 2080 super until the 40 series come out.
I'm going to build my next PC from this case. I'm going to go with that halo fan you got. I'm also going to get a 240mlr cooler. Do I need to get any splitters? I'm very crazy about the RGB being done right. I am sure it'll work on my motherboard. ASrock 550 pro.
Have a question about front panel since im buying this case Do fans have some sort of device that connect all 3 of fans/rgb into one port or do i need to buy it seperate?
@@Alpinefox yah. maybe i got strong ears and on my own i feel that sound is annoy. i sold it to another guy and now repleace by another fans . it's much better
i do the same 44 clock ratio on cinebench r20 it works but on r23 my pc crash and cannot shutdown from button power & red light on motherboard, did i something wrong? any sugestion? i dont change anything beside auto fclk and core ratio...
I see the memory tyour memory specs is 43 or 44 mm, same as my 3600 TridentZ Neo I just bought. The case details say that a Top RAD needs 44mm at most of components to be installed. Do you have any close up pics or infos of such? From your video, there seems to have enough room left. What's your IO model ? I have my full 5600X parts ordered , and I could only get it with that case as a combo! :) haha! So all I need is the AIO, 240 for front/top or 360 for top! Good build and video edit quality buddy
Hi gav what program did you use to change the fans on the cooler master td500 mesh I can only use a controller in the case and don’t like the colour presets
That controller that plugs in via USB header to your motherboard cna be controlled by Cooler Master Master Plus software. It has more lighting options.
So I think the problem is that I am using the controller from my Cooler Master liquid cooler and not the case. Does yours even have a Micro usb to usb 2.0 rectangle header on it? That's what will make it work so if not then I think you are stuck with the presets with no way to connect your motherboard.
Hello! Thanks for the video! May I ask what are those white PSU extensions? Them look pretty good, and also may I ask why didn't you cable mange the GPU power through the hole in the bottom? Did it not fit? Thanks again!
Thanks, they are cable extensions from a company called "uphere", and yeah it was a tight fit on the bottom with how many other cables were already in there.
Where did u plug in the back case fan I have the same one but can’t find where to plug the argb. Like the fan spins and everything just don’t know where to plug in I have same motherboard and everything aswell
Yeah so I don't actually plug the Argb into the motherboard. I'm using a cooler master rgb hub that has all my fan rgb that then plugs into he the motherboard with internal sub 2.0, Argb headers on motherboards are only on higher end chipsets like x570, b450 has regular rgb 4 pin.
@@zxgamingFDJ yeah..you can't actually know that, language isn't an on/off switch, there are different degrees of knowledge. I live in Japan right now and I can tell you my Japanese is absolutely garbage, not because I'm not trying but because I haven't mastered it yet. By your logic I should just never speak to anyone until I'm a pro and people should talk shit to me if I do try until I have a firm grasp on the language. It's just a dumb way to live man, there are enough negative issues in our day to day lives without people adding new ones just because they need to release their own toxicity out onto someone.
Hey does that halo fan work as an exhaust? Cuz I red that u have to physically flip it for it to exhaust, I want the same td500 and the same fan but want to figure out. Good content!
would a 360mm aio fit in your config? i have the same case, the Rog Strix B550 F and TridentZ Neo Ram and im not sure about 240 or 360... Ty in advance @GAV321
I think it would just barely fit, but I'm not sure it would be very close but I would measure the length and see because I think the thickness isn't the problem.
@@GTStrane ty for the answer, it does fit, i bought the H150i Pro, the only other question i have is.. i see you have the Cooler Master Fan Hub, are all your fans colours in sync? because you only connected one of the two cabels from each fan (pwm or argb)
How did you get the 3 RGB front fans working? I've spent hours trying everything and I can't get them to work with an ASUS TUF X570 board. I've tried using the included controller and everything. I've even just tried plugging one fan into the AURA rgb header and it still didn't light up. I don't understand.
Check your motherboard documentation, there's usually a separate header for things you may not think there would be. It just sounds like you've got something plugged into the wrong place.
hey man i wanted to ask if i bought the cooler master mf120 in white. can i plug them to another fan hub controller other than cooler master's? let's say for example lian li's fan hub controller. will that work? cause the cooler master white mf120 don't come as a pack of 3 only a pack of 1 as far as i know (Fan hub controller not included). Thanks dude sick build btw!!
im confused how you were able to get rgb fans from the case to work. I have the same case with a MSI B550 mobo and I can't get mine to light up at all. Any advice?
Yeah so my case fans aren't running off of my motherboard they are running off of the cooler master argb controller that came with my AIO cooler. That hub is plugged into the Mobo with a usb 2.0 connection that allows a digitla signal for the cooler master software to control l, I'm not using any rgb or argb headers on my motherboard.
@@GTStrane how did you fit the other 3 case fans into the RGB fan controller? On mine that came with the illusion ML240, it has 3 ports. I have the same setup with 1 Halo fan on the back as exhaust. 1 ARGB port for the AIO, 1 for the back exhaust fan, and then how for the other 3 case fans?
I used a 3 to 1 splitter for the front case fans in one port, my cooler came with a 3 to splitter for the 2 fans and the pump, then the final plug for the halo fan.
nice build bro. have the same exact case and cpu. Currently using stock wraith prism cooler. thinking of getting this aio. Can u share with me how are your cpu temps when idle and under load (like using cinebench) or gaming? if the temperature is good with this aio, then will definitely get it
So for me looks are really important and I love the way it looks but if u want good temps and noise levels go with a Bequiet or Noctua Chromax black air cooler like the NHU12s or Dark rock 4. The temps are good (65C) but under heavy load like cinebench or video editing the fans are audible but not super loud if you have good airflow in your case. If you want best of both worlds go with the ml360r not the 240.
@@GTStrane how about your idle temps? For me noise isnt really that much of a concern. If the ml240 can give good idle temps and load temps then would be good. If not maybe will consider the 360mm aio.
@@GTStrane thats really good bro. Much better than the stock wraith prism. The wraith prism idle temps like 45-50 degrees C. With normal browsing on google chrome, spotify and other apps would be around 52-55 degrees C. With games like gta v it would spike up to 75-80 degrees C. I tried cinebench and it went up to 91 degrees C.
I'm not using the tray, I'm using the rubber pegs that you put in the ssd screw holes then I put the rubber hole things into the holes in the case (they just pop in) and they connect
Hey, If i had extra 3.5 drives that i wanted to place (the drive bays already filled), is there room if i just place them on top of the bottom two SSD slots (where you have your single ssd) with room to spare for cabling?
Yes that can work but I would recommend tape or Velcro or something to hold the hard drive to prevent damage, SSDs don't care about movement but HDDs do.
how is this airflow for this case then? I currently have rgb5 lite coolermaster but soon to be getting 3080 which im sure will produce more heat than my current 1080ti
Hey you should to a review on that white cooler master fan. I'm looking for white fans to buy and I'm very picky with what I buy and I'm definitely not buying the corsair fans since the are overpriced so I'm just wondering if those cooler master fans are worth for me to buy 6 of them even tho they only sell them by one. I also subbed
Hey can someone explain the 44.00 overclock on the cpu. Is 44.00 the same as saying 4.4ghz? How do you know what you can set it to? Like let's say with a 3900xt what would you set it to?
Depend son the situation but most likely yes, with AMD Ryzen if you have Ryzen master installed it will automatically swap drivers when a new CPU is detected just make sure your motherboard bios is up to date and supports the new generation cpu
Hey man great video. I got this same case and I'm trying to install a rear fan that I had to it, but it stays loose since there's no actual holes for the screws. How did you manage to get it to stay without moving? Which screws did you use? thank you!
I used the screw that came with my fan and yeah I noticed that their are no screw holes just slots. I just tightened them right enough where it might damage the slot but it has to be done.
