So to actually answer about berserkers in a serious way, the term referred to men wore “ber-zerks” literally bear skin shirt. They tended to be treated as champions, and enter meditative or drug induced battle frenzies. A common misconception is they fought unarmored, however, evidence suggests they fought armored in chainmail, or if dueling bare chested/wearing bear skins. Usually with either wielding either Dane axes, sword and shield, or weapons requiring two hands.

Answering you question at 7:28 about berserkers, they wore a helmet and a loincloth to maximise maneuverability. Although, to make up for the lack of offence they normally wielded 2 weapons such as swords or axes.
