Finally changing the rodbearings on the m3 to ensure proper reliability of the engine. If you have access to a lift this task is made a lot easier to perform.
I will see where some of the cheapest locations for the parts are and leave links to the parts

200k miles on original factory bearings? I've never heard of that before. You've gotta be in the 1% club for S54's that don't eat bearings.

Plenty of S54s don't "eat" bearings, you just haven't heard of them. I swapped mine at 175k and wear was minimal. I think the reality is that blown motors from rod bearings are the 1% that freaks everyone else out

I honestly think it depends how the car was handled in the beginning. Plus good oil maintenance and warm up procedures help the bearings a lot.

Rogue Engineering has the ARP bolts in stock you just gotta call them and place a phone order

if only I had known! I also posted the video a few months after I completed the install. Every place I reached out to did not have anything or an eta for new stock
