Bread is a net loser as far as space and labor, as is Flour, Grain is used to build friendship with Agnes. Bread is used for some Events but otherwise it is your Spring food, Bakeries help with happiness, though it negates a lot of hunger it is better return per tile and laborer to go with the Veg.

Story time. I was washing dishes and watching this video. When you read off the word commoner i began to think about how cool it would be if you had to keep commoners away from peasants because of a class system or what not. then that ended up being the way it works. im hooked now. Cant wait til the next episode.

If you run charcoal burners all year you don't need as many of them, also you need to attach foresters to your lumber camps

you should use the overview menu more it will really help with management

Check all the buildings you have. I think only the farm REQUIRES peasants. Most other jobs can be worked by Commoners. So you only really need a tiny peasant area for farms so far.

Farm, chicken Coop, and pigsty are the current available buildings only allowing peasants.

Instead of destroying trees with buildings, you should first build a lumber camp in the area of trees so they can be cut down, then destroy the lumber camp after the trees are cleared

it might be worthwhile to build larger condominiums because there are less primary buildings.

your town shops need workers!!! you can keep workers on the burns all year round it will stockpile the charcoal and u are expanding the population alot so no need to take them off their job. the commoners I don't think will work in peasant jobs.
