I coverted a 125 pitbike to electric, I've got her running on a 48v 20ah 18650s. Hits 35 not bad, still a working progress lol but ain't on your levels bro. Love the content g, keep it coming.

Your only running 44% internal speed mid speed and low speed are all set at 44. Should be 33 /66/100 low mid internal. Also mid throttle current set as high as possible. 300amps Set the throttle mid volts lower. Like 1.85, Set the high throttle a bit lower. 3.85. it makes it more linear. Reducing volts on the throttle settings gives more torque. Even set the mid throttle volts to zero. It's full on then.

Kilovolt i have the Vector Vortex frame. I like the DNM Hornet 325mm. I would like to install it on my frame. Did you have to do any modification to get it fit properly, or did fit right in with no problems?

How much weight does the CRF450 fork add to the bike? I have a Vortex w/ Boxxer fork up front. Happy with the suspension but wanting more brakes-which is what interests me in the CRF fork. How did it ride with the heavier suspension?
its hard without a hall sensor tester like the one we featured in our hall testing video. i would suggest testing the hall sensors in your motor as its possible your regular ESC may have a feature to run in sensor-less mode in the event of a damaged hall sensor. If hall sensors can be eliminated from the equation then i would suggest confirming the wire configuration is correct on the hall sensor plug , then perform the hall sensor test again. If there is 3 functional hall sensors and there are no shorts on the phase wires then the test should complete not problems. Test the halls and check phase wire for damage if Hall test on sabvoton app continuously fails
@@KiloVoltBikes oh yes forget to check the wires are matching in colour... yesterday i want to run the 3000w motor with my 14s3p pack (made with INR samsung 40-t cells) and it was performing terrible... alone 500-600 watts only for moving that damn motor i was really pissed of... then i checked everything and saw your video with the settings.. and hard start, instead of 3 speed wtf transmission hmmm im just courios..

I made the decision to install a Sabvoton controller ( 72200 ) on my Vortex. Do you have any recommendations or is there anything I should be aware of before I start the process? Also how did you secure the controller to the bottom of the seat? Many Thanks \
I would suggest enlarging battery wires from 8awg to 6awg We mounted the controller using nutsert/ rivnut gun . Just small rivets with threaded holes in the center
Do you have to upgrade the battery as well when upgrading to the Sabvoton controller? Was there a real noticeable increase in torque and power with the upgrade? Were you able to get any data on how much of an increase the output was ? Thanks for your reviews .
We increased the size of discharge wires from 8AWG to 6AWG on the stock battery. The bike used to have a 120A Kelly controller and we swapped for a 200A sabvoton . HUGE difference in power and speed , the wheel didn’t lift before on throttle , jumps up now.

Hello, I have a electric scooter with 72181 Kelly controller , but work with 60v lead acid battery, can I connect 72v lithium battery (84v) to it without changing anything or need to change programming parameters?
The controller will work upto 72v . All you need to do is change the low voltage cut off and a few other parameters. It may work without changing any perimeters as it’s optional to set these lower for 60v use
You know your ebikes dude press the brake on a new k5 8000w ebike 72v 40amp 200amp controller it's says 02 on display pressing the brake 02 goes then shows Watts I'm new too this ebike and got a surron black edition x does 51mph k5 8000w ebike just down 55 mph fisrt ride just received from China 🇨🇳 and it still got f loads just worried about out agent just says it's says brakes off because I'm pulling the brake then o2 apairs then goes when I let go off brakes is it just brake sense like agent says kicking in and thats all no problem with k5 8000w ebike dude she's fasted as f crazy bike olny just got back it's is crazy speeds she's says it's a 273 ,3,5t hub make any sense and thete a USB cable inside the bike by battery 🔋 what's that for agent is crap Jessie luo from China 🇨🇳 alibaba
I press the brake and it just says 02 on display look at manual its just says release brake so is that a error code or not mate because it gors and Watts are there brake sense I guess
