I just love a straight stock double. Recently picked up a Beretta 486 in 28g, can't say enough good things about it. I also have a 20g muzzleloader, so much fun.
We always think about the top big brand of shotguns, but it’s fun to learn about smaller boutique shotgun makers. I would love to see more of these and get exposed to custom gun makers.
@@cartergjenkins 100% agree! Lots of great companies and people to support if we’re willing to shake the tree. Thanks for watching and the great comment 👊🏼
Heading to SD this weekend for opening day pheasant. I don’t have a final rise vest yet but that will be on my list for next years gear. Hope you are doing well. Keep up the great content.
I have been hunting with an LC smith. I just picked up a fausti 20 gauge. I want to get an upland gun company 20 gauge. But I do want to have my Gordon Setter engraved on it. That is an extra 800. So time to save my pennies.
I love the look of their guns, but I find myself questioning what they are cutting out to make the price so nice. Have you felt like any corners have been cut on yours?
I very much enjoy the 16's I own. While I have only owned 4-5 SXS shotguns, anything larger than a 20 just seems to fog my sight picture. I enjoy the smaller scale shotguns but I struggle with the wide sight image the larger diameter barrels give. Personal preference, like most things gun related, but I love the 16 OUs I own and agree it's a stellar options.
