Hi! Is the bug fixed where HTML5 games (Opera GX ist browser too) run too fast on high refresh rate monitors?

does anyone have an issue on the gx site where you cannot Save the Details(descriptions) or the Media(images)? Whenever I type a description the Save button doesnt seem to do anything, and when I click into a different tab it erases whatever I have typed
