Most people do not seek balance. We tend, rather to seek conflict. The proprioception afforded bt such conflict provides us with a sense of our existence, even while it undermines it. We end up fighting ourselves and giving the enemy the means by which to defeat us. Our own effort hastens our journey toward entropy.
We are like a traveler passing through the forest, who insists on bumping into every tree along the way.

I love these explanations while it’s happening along with a physics explanation to explain it. This is great stuff keep it up!

Okay good! this is better, he just needs to work on relaxation while not focusing on root....but he is relying on just root, my friend that will not be enough if the pressure builds constantly. I find that tai chi players hardest mistake mostly males is letting go.....there is nothing to hold on to. When that is developing then one can start learning the body structure of the movements in tai chi but letting go of self is the first step. He still holds on to his root, but forgets about re-directing aka roll back. Easier said than done.
