Wow I tried the tricep stretch yesterday and had NO CLUE how inflexible I am. That was a great stretch and I’m glad I know to put this in my rotation. Thanks as always

Bro is it okk to do all streches daily you show in yours video like elephant walk, jefern curl , atg split etc... if ..not..plz make a video on full week workout schedule.

Not a coach but imo you could go more intense on those elephant walks and other super dynamic stuff a couple times a week, and lighter versions of the stretches without a ton of load

What makes me so angry is my mobility was great, doing the “skin the cat” was easy. Now I have severe shoulder bursitis which kills most of my workouts. This randomly happened, I guess it came from poor sleeping position? Bulletproofing is great! But try to avoid bullets in general.

Hey I have bursitis too. Pain when hand fully extended behind or overhead. Really sucks as I can't really do pullups.

@@ericmalitz it was literally no other warning signs…went from doing dips with 2 plates with ease to next day not being able to bench 135. No inbetween.
