@@easytoslip From my point of view it's quite simple as snow is not as slippery as ice. Also it had rained before in the video (the snow was wet/melting) so he would have been extra safe. I get not every state in the US even gets snow, tough I still think walking on the snow is used by common sense. If you really need to walk on ice, do the penguin walk. It seems to work suprisingly well. You don't seem to spread gravel on sidewalks or drive ways, so you guys are pretty much doomed anyway. Also I do find the video entertaining and I'm just pointing out that he could have made his work load immensly easier and faster.

Definitely went above and beyond the call of duty there!

Not in MY area they aren't! I have severe back and muscle problems so I signed up for UPS My Choice to leave packages on the front porch at the front door under the eaves. Usually they leave it just outside the eaves especially when its raining so the package gets soaked. But a lot of the time they just leave it at the garage door which forces me to try to get it up the stairs. They usually do that only when the package is large or heavy. Disgusting when you consider I'm old enough to be these guys father!

UPS hires college kids because they know they're not going to stay there forever, had i actually thought about it and it i became a tractor driver that they would have paid for my class 1 licence and is the easiest job in UPS because you don't touch anything but the steering wheel, you pick a trailer up, drive it to its next location and drop it off and pick up another one and you were timed on how long it would take you to get to your destination, if you had 4 hours to get somewhere and could do it in 1 hour you had to take the full 4 hours meaning you'd stop for coffee somewhere and read the news paper till you clocked into the stop and than you had another for hours to get back................best job in the world and id have a great pension right now

If you ever see a FedEx van going 20mph over the speed limit, it's because they've been told by the supervisor to go fast or risk losing their job.
