UPS took 3- months to get a package to me and then tries to rip me off with a customs brokerage fee that violates their own terms of service. I wasted around 10-hours with their rude and incompetent support just trying to get one package successfully. Avoid them like the plague.

I thought I was the only one having this issue, they have had my package for 3 weeks, & still no package, what can I do.

this sounds like a great class action, I like many had the same experience. they do this as 98% of ppl give up trying to get their $ back, sue them and help everyone while getting rich

I repeat don’t use UPS to ship anything over seas or other countries like the Philippines as I have paid almost $500 in fees and shipping cost and now they are asking me for more money and holding my package hostage while constantly asking me for picture IDs and documents I have to fill out countless times.. it’s Been months now with my friend waiting for a package that she might ever get! Horrible customer service and horrible all around

We just had a package charges $40 to France, and we paid VAT already, and still got charged from UPS, so this is really not good.

The person from the US shipping items to me to Canada paid for shipping I should not have had to pay anything accept for Canadian Customs on $137.19CAD. In Canada there is a gift allowance of $60. I was charged $54.55 by UPS. Broken down on invoice they charged me: $27.40 entry prep fee, $ 6.00 bond fee, $6.00 COD/Online fee , $ 10.03 CA Customs HST, $4.34 Brokerage GST/HST, $0.78 COD GST/HST.

Silly question to ask you. I am a Canadian deal the customer service rep from ups. Do you find their intelligence of a 1 month baby with their incompetentency? I had problem with them

@@StevenLewisSimpson they have sent it back to the company and I had no heads up from both companies they told me on the phone that all I needed was a client code and that I don’t need to pay anything and then the company is saying “I bette pay”

They can't do anything right this literally always happens where they don't do anything right and when u try and figure it out u can't even talk to a person the automated msg doesn't understand shit it's frustrating u never get what u pay for regardless it's always weeks late even after paying for 2-day shipping that's now taken 5 business days and still no package for them to not even deliver it because they're to lazy to walk 2 steps smh I hate them so bad I never had these issues with FedEx or Amazon only ups every single time

Same here, and even worse when I tried to pay online the numbers they gave me required me to actually call them and waste even more time. Complete dumbasses of a company 😂

I paid UPS 66$ upon delivery. A month later i get a letter in the mail saying i still owe 68$. Wtf is this.

i live in brazil, my father traveled to canada, i bought a dunk panda by goat and paid 276 cad$ , had it delivered to a friend of his, received an email charging me a fee of 98 cad$ , my father is there for work and unfortunately we will have to pay this absurd fee, now reading this comment you wonder, why didn't you send it to brazil? because in brazil the import tax of an item is 60% of the value and this is a tennis hard to find, remember if, whenever you think you are screwed, there are people more screwed than you, which is a fart for those who already is it all shit?

Same thing happened to me,I was hit with a $155 charges and tax for a $273 item then I refunded it,now I can’t get my money back from GOAT because they only give points to use back on the website

Have had a nightmare with UPS since last week trying to receive a package from the US to UK. £74 brokerage fee but no contact from them about it or details of it on the tracking so the delivery kept failing because it was unpaid. Tried to find that page on their site in your video but typing the link address didn't work, is there a way you can get to it from their main homepage?

I sent a box (I was a mover so I know how to cut up boxes and staple them together, pack and weigh my box) that had a chair of 65 lbs. With the added bubble wrap and altered boxes there was 8 lbs added coming out to 72 lbs. I just got another invoice saying my box (2 different weights adding about 400 lbs) to a box I know was only 72 lbs. They want me to pay 1500. I personally think someone saw how much the item was and slapped a few more charges adding almost 600 more to what I had already paid for. All the reddit trolls are saying ups can change the price to dimention weight. Thats bs because that should be reflected when making an online label. They're telling me I measured wrong and weighed the box wrong.

That is terrible. Keep fighting them as sooner or later you can get justice. Just make sure it is all kept public. I am now getting some compensation from them because they wasted so many hours of my time.

@@StevenLewisSimpson They don't seem to look at things because I sent another box with similar measurments just a couple of days before and they didnt bother to scan my label like they did for yours and was returning it to a company. We had to call them to change it back to the actual address I made the label for and we got slapped with more charges. I understand why they might have slapped the charges. I think they are confusing me with a furniture conpany. Long story short, I went to a bed company (based in Hilo Hawaii because we were moving to the mainland and we wanted to send our bed and my office chair) and the store allowed me to take unwanted boxes. The boxes were rejected on their end and unopened. I removed the content and took the empty boxes(3). Colored over any bar codes of previous shipment and taped my label on. It was ignored and they were returning the package to the company that the store got the bed from. There was no weight descrepency but they charged me an added $200 with the current invoice. Now the second package they want 1200 and the 200. This is rediculous. I know how to measure and weigh properly. I did so with 17 other boxes theough usps and no weight adjustments were made for any of those boxes. I made a complaint with the BBB and the company location that did the "audit' is gonna get harassed by the BBB. Ill dispute the charges through the bank and reach out to billing. I hope you get everything back. Id be furious if I went through the same situation. A yr is really long. If these charges had reflected with the online site I would have never went through them.
