Again Scanty, make I correct you, you dey there dey cook somebody, buh you wey sha pass 😂😂. A student cannot offer a course. The University offers the course, and the student reads, takes or studies the course. Stop dragging Mawuli school through the mud time and again😂😭
The ID grant students access to some of the school's security facilities..Since she has been sacked, the only means not to grant her access is to take the student ID from her....
One of the most important skill to master is to control your temper… She can’t say “nakoma na ebaaye” So meaning if she had a gun in hand, she would use it??
The thing be say arguments are allowed in the university..but fights and physical abuses are not allowed..so the lady could have sued the other lady for defamation or take her to the schools authorities for that reason rather than lash her..tye decision by the authorities are not hash..its in the school laws..the will tell you all these during orientations
What if the lady didn't start any rumour? Maybe she was falsely accused but because of how the lady is, she probably couldn't push back. She has to take the cane cool
Boss, if only the lady had evidence of maybe chats or voice record of when the girl was speeding the rumors, she would have won the case. But one cannot bring friends and say my friend told me this. It will be seen as genging to defend the lady the lady that was seen lashing. Perhaps am not sure any of her friends were willing to put themselves on the line when they had no prove like a chat or record.
At they end of the day this might be the best thing to happen to her. She can turn this into the start of the best part of her life. We are in the 21st century school is not for everyone and it doesn't mean 100% success in life.
@@larrybryan4027 lol don’t attach sentiment to this case. Disciplinary actions doesn’t mean she should be expelled forever. In the uni when you get rusticated it could take from a year to many years before you return and usually it happens when the situation is to the extreme. In order to avoid arguments like this rustication was the best option.
The girl who spread the rumours caused her in. Shs and she was sacked. She brought the same thing to university and she's now sacked from the school. Why are some people soo poisonous. IF she slepť with him or not isn't anyone's business. This is university not SHS
You're be dummy too. It's against school rules for a lecturer to have a sexual relationship with a student so stop saying it's nobody's business whether she did it or not cus they're in the university. You pple are quick to talk but no sense 😂😂
i think they sacked here because she not really a student else she would have been suspended either that or the sleeping with the lecturer matter be true
Scanty should know better that in as much the ID hasn’t expired yet the lady can use it for something beneficiary to herself in the name of being a student of UPS meanwhile she has been sacked.
Nah kwadwo sheldon you are wrong .... Rumours are not against the law Assault is. Rumours are a matter of morality but if you hit someone you should and can be Jailed
A lot of ladies in the university have been tagged with sleeping with lecturers for grades which were untrue and are going to live with it till they die and even if she works harder to attain a certain level in life it won’t be enough because it is presumed that she slept her way to the top
One big evidence to this case was the girls wasse result alone. For a student to get two Fs and still attend a university is a high attention drawer to the question 'How come she got the school' every school has their pass mark for accepting student and the lady own was way off. If the school had not removed her. A student can send the school to court.
@@dian-sessesay255 I am not talking about her in question all I am trying to say is if you believe and have prove you should report to authorities for investigation and clarification than spread rumours and if those rumours aren’t true you have dented the persons identity
Her name is Queenstar Bortey Borquaye but the girl sacked is apparently called Mabel Teye Nomo. I smell some foul play. There's some corruption going on.
Sheldon paaa take this scenario if someone commit a law and officers subject him/her through several beating do you think the police officers should be dealt or not even knowing the person did a wrong thing ? So before police officials will investigate to know the person commit the crime or not the police will be interdicted so relax the sacking be the first step
Battery is punishable in Ghanaian laws...And if the affair with the lecturer wasn't true, then the other party committed defamation: this is also against the constitution of Ghana
Exactly bro, what the lady did is a trespass to the plaintiff, she is lucky the girl's family didn't sue her in court for battery, like she would have seen that to use a cane on the body of the plaintiff is battery
I get Sheldon's points but if there's a video of you beating another student there's no way around it. But what someone said is not concrete because it's not easy to determine who started a rumor and who didn't so even if there will be a punishment for the 2 started she beat it won't be extreme like hers.
I agree with what the school authorities have done but the girls or girl who went to spread the rumours should be punished in a different way too……is the lady mad to beat others for no reason?
The thing ano dey barb ooo , the Access course students haven’t even started their exams ooo and even IA! So was she able to sleep with a lecturer? Access course too bi one year ooo , there’s more to this story
@@a_twix18 Naaa the Access course is for everyone it doesn’t have any grade point ooo, it’s doesn’t matter the grade you had in WAEC. It’s just just for a year course. For instance I failed Maths and Science in shs , the school can offer me an Access course to read and whiles reading the course I rewrite the papers I failed in shs. Then after I add the Access course certificate (thus if you pass the course) to the shs certificate and apply the university again.
