FIR file kiya hai unhone... She is not CONVICTED. The FIR has been filed only to show that something has happened. But, soon she will walk freely after getting acquitted & that news will be kept away from limelight after system has got their cut.

Further scenario . She will go to CAT or high court or supreme court , baap ka paisa toh hai . Matter will be pending for few months . Then everyone will forget . Then matter will be settled . She will get back into system after few months .

Sir Please read the OBC Clause it's not only based on only income. Parent income is counted if parents is not in government job. If parents are non gazated officer then income criteria not counted. Individual status depends on Parents status. Individual income is not counted. For details refer government notification on OBC.
