One of the best parts about Hamish and Andy is how familiar and casual Australians are with them, it’s some stranger on the phone but they talk like they’re great mates i love it 😂
Lauren OldAcct I love this comment, because it’s completely true! I feel like I’m listening to mates when I turn on their podcast!! I’ve been listening to them for 10yrs, and I’ve watched every show or project they’ve been involved in! There really are for the Aussie people!!!
I haven’t smiled in days but somehow you guys can always make me laugh. I wish I could sit in that room with you guys and do nothing in my power to upset Andy because who has time to use any power, fast and loose boys ;) Thanks for always putting a smile on my dial since the days before ghosting became a professional sport! Ps. Please wish Andy a happy birthday for me
Haheyy, the names Johnny, me mates call me Quickshot, don’t ask me why ahhhhaaa! I got one to tickle ya chin bone.. now Andy I’m not a waster. when I brush the ol toothy pegs, when 2 minutes is up, I just take a gulp of water and swallow the toothpaste! Good on ya matey give it a go for us
true aye, you gain 1-2% fuel effeciency for every 45 kg (100 lbs), on average. Average fuel tank size is about a 60L, which happens to be about 45 kilos in fuel weight. remove half of that fuel weight and we get 0.5%-1% not much sadly, but i guess over time you'd have some saving.
andy - although you may be saving time youre not saving money. think about it - if you have a full tank youre carrying more weight and using more fuel. save the planet pal. little bit at a time
Thats a bit marginal mate, say its a sixty litre tank and he keeps it at the 20 litres as much as possible versus filling up to 60 each time the difference is only around 30 kilograms not exactly detrimental to a vehicles performance! (Keeping in mind that depending to the temperature petrol only weighs a little more than 700 grams per litre)
If we’re talking those minuscule margines why not consider that it takes more petrol stopping and starting when you need to turn the engine back on and accelerate out of the station rather than just having enough petrol and coasting on by, without a potential detour
