Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! Joy to the world!
Today we're having a classic Christmas session. Cordelia tries a boulder that I set with her in mind, and then we move on over to some dynos. When the jumping is done, we showcase some of the weirdest endings to any boulder that I've ever set.

The blue 6c with the 'top at the bottom' is a tasty one 🤗! I guess Cordelia may have started there unintentionally some severe hair fashion style with 'Rudolfo' 🤣.

I'm a simple man, I see Cordelia, I like the video. I think the "weird" problems are fun as long as they aren't all you set. And I vote option A for best/worst Swedish pseudo-swear. Merry Christmas, great vid!

I thought that V3 with the terrible finish hold and the last boulder were both creative masterpieces. Different then the normal stuff you see everyday. Fun to watch and I'm sure even more fun to try and climb!

Those crazy boulders look fun but idk if beginners will understand those endings at all haha. But for better climbers warming up on easier climbs im sure they appreciate your crazy setting :)

For the second boulder, the first dyno, it's so much easier to go to the hold with both hands, keeping one hand near the precedent hold will only slow you down. It's all about commitment on that type of move

Yay! It's Cordelia!! :-) I recently got a new job as a setter, and it's really helpful when you share why you set things a certain way. I learn a lot! Those last two were so creative haha!

don`t know wich one is worse but i love to here Kastrull more. in belgium it is kastrol (an oven pot), no idea if kastrull is the same but thats quitte funny.

super cute video :D also a little thing i noticed, for a super pro tip you could set the camera whitebalance to manual, so the colors dont shift around so weirdly.. (but if you're like me you'll forget to switch it back after, and the shots will be all wrong when you go film in a different light)

Depending on the camera there can be options to keep it the same while continuously recording. That is, it is set automatically when you start to record, but then it won't update during the recording.

Heyo! Thanks for the tip. I tried switching it, but unfortunately none of the presets worked and I haven't created one that works up there yet. The light is really strange, I think there are three different types up there. Regardless, thanks for the feedback and I'm happy you took the time to write it! I'll do what I can to improve on it next time :) (also you're definitely right, i'd forget switching it back every time :P)

I love the last boulder. It is a real banger ;-) The bat hang end beta is also nice but the stacked knee bar is a bit more special as you can apply it more rarely I guess. For the black 6b you could possibly also do a bat hang end I guess? Or are the holds too bad? (even though it is quite high and you don't want to fall from a bat hang position like that) I might try next week and then do a video about it :D Nice video as usual Emil!

Thanks! I've seen the bat hang beta here and there, but it felt bizarre with my height. I think the bat hang on the black would be a tad bit too dangerous to be honest :P But I'm sure there's plenty of fun options! Good luck finding the weirdest one ;)

@@EmilAbrahamsson Yeah with your height the bat hang beta on the blue one is really hard ;-) A tall friend of mine tried it too but there was simply too much leg to fit into that area below the good hold :D Thanks, I love such "weird" problems (weird in a positive way). And I have the feeling in Solna you can find such problems quite often - which is really nice.

Our version of the video will be much much less popular but that does not matter. You are not the only one who likes these "weird" problems :-D There should be many more boulders like that haha.
