This is a copy of another video where someone actually cuts through the ceiling a little bit. They never actually make a hole though and quickly realize their mistake.
Lol… yeah… Having Tim Taylor as a neighbor does keep things from being boring. There is also a lack of electrical wiring and/or conduit in that hole. And this was filmed in a house not an apartment. There would have been firewall between the floors.
a similar thing happened to my senior cat two years ago. a neighbor's dog came and attacked him in our yard and he took off. blood everywhere on the sidewalk. we put up posters and everything. the only difference is that he came back about 4 days later without a scratch on him. all that blood belonged to the pit bull that attacked him. even though he passed away a couple months ago due to old age, he is still the most kick-ass cat ever.
