This would be my last catch of the day for this chase not filming a return trip as the train ended up tying down to the left (east) of this crossing after working Radius Recycle as they were running late and ran out of hours. The following day, the train returned west after running around their train and what I assume pulled past Nimbus Rd to run around with the boxcar so it could be shoved back west into Wayside Lumber while the rest of the train is pulled. They actually did drop one car off at Wayside Lumber but I guess wanted time to work Radius so they only dropped one off and will shove this one in like mentioned. If they do, hate to miss pulling past Nimbus Rd. As you can see, it was also timed to get a couple of single car light rail trains as the system was habing multiple mechanical issues plus the extreme heat in the mid 100's causes strain on SACRT's already tired light rail train cars. Can't wait fir the S700's to start running but SACRT doesn't know date yet just guessing late summer. The Modernization Projevt is having some kickbacks. I had a zoomed out view as I wanted to get both no right turn blank outs in view even though I already knew the left one stopped working a while ago but now the right one doesn't either. This threw me off as I was waiting for it to activaye and I realized last minute it wasn't working anymore so I zoomed in right when the crossing activayed unfortunately. Note the dand barrel already got destroyed by a vehicle hitting it. Likely a truck.
