clearly we need one engine that transforms thruster shape throughout flight to convert from jet > ramjet > scramjet

Its Good, Just one question professor. Ain't this gonna screw up the fuel. I mean we won't get the fuel burn efficiency as we get in the conventional turbo or Ram engine. The slower the v in the Combustion chamber the more efficiently the fuel burns.

So when is the theory of Pop and Bang become a real project ?
