I'm used to seeing you with plum colors on your eyes, BUT, the gold and bronze are so beautiful with your brown hair and eyes. It really makes your look pop. The Honey colors really look incredible on you. Love the look.

As a 52 yo woman I’m pretty confident with my simple yet effective makeup routine. But, I had definitely fallen into a makeup rut. Same products, same look.. That’s not always a bad thing. Love this style of in depth review+tutorial discussing pros and cons, functionality, diversity, and wearability of a palette. Great job! 😁 I wonder what using the more olive shade as your statement lid color blended up into some of the lighter yellows or orangey shade in the crease would look like? For a sort of smokey olive look? If you try it would love to see a video or atleast Instagram photo of the look! Can't wait to see the mini-bub!! ❤❤❤
I think there is something to be said for these monotone palettes: I think they’re a great go-to for those with 9-5s. You have the ease of getting ready in the morning by not being overwhelmed by color choices, but you can be confident you’ll always churn out a great look. You also get a little more variety than just a straight neutrals palette.

I love the colors. Very true to the natural colors found in honey depending on what the bees brought to the hive. I look jaundiced with yellows near my face but I love seeing the looks you create
When I first saw pictures of this palette, I thought it was meh, but the colors look amazing here. I can absolutely see how you could get a basic, simple look out of it or take it to the extreme.

Talking about UD included brushes, I feel like I'm the only person who likes the brushes in the other pallets. I use them all the time along with my "nice" brushes.

Those colors are fabulous; great look created here. I also love the fact that the brush is so multi-functional. I am lazy and I tend to just use the brush that comes with a palette, where applicable.

Emily I have to tell you I have been watching you for years and I want to thank you for sharing your love of makeup with us. I love watching your videos because they are just fun and very informative. I pick up things hear and there but I have never bought an eye shadow palette. I chuckle writing this because I know you love eyeshowdow and I love how beautifully it looks on you but to me it more of it looks nice but not for me until today! I want this eyeshadow palette! I’m tan skinned and I can see how beautiful it would look on me yet fitting my under 5 min makeup routine with the brush and the easy to blend color. Thank you so much for alway trying new things! Em, this palette would look good on you in the summer with bronzer and some dark waterline maybe and just a very golden summery babe look! Or a softer application and some subtle wings and a rich red lip with a very subtle rest of the face.

I really enjoyed your review and of course your tutorial. And I would actually love to see one palette used in several ways. It could be this one, or another. I feel like for my lifestyle the look you’re showing is pretty glamorous, which is great, because we all have times to dress up, but I would love to see a sporty look or simply just a more casual look. You could even just insert a photo of each of those in your video when you’re making it more glamorous. It’s hard for me to come up with those on my own after seeing something so glam. I appreciate that the brush they included in the palette isn't just the fluffy brush on one side and then the pencil brush on the other like both of the brushes I own from naked Smokey and naked heat are, I feel this is just a smarter styled duo if that makes sense 😊

I appreciate that yellow is not being ignored as it’s one of my favorite colors. That being said, imo, yellow/true gold is not a color for the masses. Especially most people who don’t have deep to the very deepest skin tone are not going to look the best in it. The color usually either washes people out or makes them look shallow and I’ll.

As someone who where's neutral eyeshadow only this palette is sooo appealing. The only eyeshadow palette I have is the naked 2 and I feel this would be a great purchase for me because I LOVE gold eyeshadow.

I’ve never been into gold shades for makeup in general but for whatever reason I love the looks I’ve seen. I think UD did really well with this. I’m going to pick it up.
Just wow! I haven't shopped for a new palette in awhile and I'm super excited to see this one. I am 42 so I'm not really that adventurous with my colors. I've learned what compliments my blue eyes and tend to stick with it. However, when I'm going out I do luxuriate in a pop of gold for drama. This palette is an absolute staple for me. It has everything I love and I can't wait to get my paws on it! ;) Also, the brush looks identical to the one I got with my IT Cosmetics neutral palette a couple of years ago, so I have a pretty good idea where the idea came from. lol And considering I LOVE that brush, getting another is a huge bonus. so far what I like is that it doesnt seem to have overlapping shades. i dont love gold but so far of the naked palette i could see myself using this one, and a close second the reloaded
I love the looks, and I think this is worth investigating. I am light-medium and neutral and with the mattes in this palette as well as the way these golds are done, I think I can pull this off well. Emily, I am thinking of treating myself to the Urban Decay Born to Run palette. I know to a lot of people it's old news but I'd love to see you use it again and create a few looks with it!
This palette reminds me of your other video that was called "Makeup That's Easy to Put On" or something similar to that. You said that you should look for a palette that has a gradient of colour, for the easiest mixing and blending. This palette gives me that same vibe. You can make it as simple as a one-shadow look, or use 6 colours if you choose. I really want this palette, but I don't wear much eye makeup any more. It looks so pretty on you, and Allie Glines did a really full glam look with it too!
I'm really tempted for this palette, I never want to buy a Naked palette since the original one back in god knows when. I understand that somebody might say it boring but if you are naturally tan everything gold would works perfectly for you
I think this palette is gorgeous but I'm more of a neutral gal. This is the first naked palette that made me turn my head. I definitely will be picking this up. I do wonder how it compares to the Natasha Denona gold palette, which I love.

I agree-this really seems like the ND Gold but without the pops of color. Especially the mattes-they look so similar. This is the only thing keeping me from buying the UD honey because I agree, I love the gold palette.
