This reminds me of that scene in Moneyball, where Billy Beane disrupts the partying in the locker room asking, "Is losing fun? Then why are you having fun?" The problem is that Urban is the one dancing on the bench (Giambi), when he should be the one upset because losing isn't fun.

He wasn't "touching her bottom" he was checking her oil. This guy has got to go. He's lost the team in the biggest and most obvious way and should be gone for cause so he isn't paid to sit at home.

My only problem with urban is he didn't fly back with the team besides that the man is showing the jaguars how to grind and score You know he scored that night.
