Slacklining is a beautiful practice.
It teaches us to slow down.
Balancing between past and future,
Standing, and walking.
What is our purpose?
Or is there a purpose?
Simply observing things as they are.
That’s what the practice is.
But the mind is so powerful.
It always comes back… to create.
It challenges us to grow, transform
And push our boundaries.
It’s so easy to get lost in a world of thoughts,
questions, fear, doubts.
When everything seems to collapse under my feet,
What can I hold on to?
What can we let go of?
When I’m alone,
And there is no one to hold my hand,
I can hold on to my Essence, my Core.
Be what I Am.
Stand.
Breathe.
It is a practice… a discipline.
Breathe…
And let go of everything else.
