Just one quick question, it seems that in your video you said that sympathetics cause peristalsis of the ureters, but in our anatomy literature today (2024) it says that the peristalsis is more driven by local factors (myogenic/mechanical) w/ some input from neuropeptides and prostaglandins. Whereas autonomic stimulation to these plexuses ONLY controls vascular tone. Is this something new in the past 2 years that has been discovered? Or maybe just a mistake in your video? Referring to the patient on the X-rays with contrast stuff. I would have liked what was the diagnosis and treatment (only two keywords). Obviously his her right ureter is blocked, which can damage the kidney upstream: stones ?
