According to Gold level coach Ron Hatfield, you should try every ball you have brought in practice. For some reason when I remember to do this I throw 3 or 4 strikes at the end of practice with 3 different balls and wind up with no idea which one to use.🤬

Are you going to do a review of the Hitter? I have been using the Innovator Solid and the Outer Limits as my 1 and 2 balls for the summer and now into the fall. The Teal Rhino Pro is the third one. My pro shop thinks the Hitter would match my game well. I would love to know what you think.

I recently saw a PBA Regional winner in facebook comments claiming that he “guarantees every single urethane ball being used in competition is illegal.” As in, too soft. He said they may be manufactured at a certain hardness but almost immediately become illegal with use. He said this with pure conviction, and he’s won a regional, so I have to ask, anyone out there know if this is true? He also explicitly called urethane users “cheaters” which is a pretty heavy term to be throwing around. Opinions?
