I have a friend who went through similar issues with her wife's pregnancy, and it got really bad. Today her daughter is 7 months old and the biggest healthiest baby I've ever seen. Things are going to be okay.

Hey Amy, I left a DM on your Twitter. Surgery is 60000 pesos which is around 1000$ but there is travel cost for blood donors that i didn't address in my story. She will be hospitalized this Sunday and process should happen sometime next week
it was going solid till recently, her big surgery she lost 70% of blood and she is recovering while very slowly, and can barely walk at times, there is many travels we need to do, her nearest hospital is 2.5h hours away, which makes us need to stay in a hotel over night to avoid too much travel for the baby (5 hour travel in tropical places for the baby is dangerous), and her condition demands for me to buy her a lot of pills and others medicine to get a stable recovery. While people have been absolutely amazing with donation I'm worried ill not be covered financially for all this things and ive underastimated the whole cost of it all
