We see urinal drain blockages like this in areas with too little slope and traps. The blockage consists of hair encrusted with calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium ammonium phosphate, etc. We had some success dissolving the phosphate and carbonate scale with citric and other acids, but the time required to dissolve scale depends on acid strength. It's not a Vaccine, it's a Flu shot. Polio is a Vaccine, it prevents people from getting Polio. The Covid shot provides protection, just as a yearly Flu shot, but it doesn't protect you from getting Covid.
