Never been to a urologist. You do a good job of explaining various issues in a manner that is easy to process. Glad you're not stuck on either side of a pill vs herbs line either. Good to get a balanced POV.
I have been to urologist three times for cystoscope exam. 1992 doctor said I had a very tight uretha I didn't feel any pain because I was on fentanyl and versed. 2016 after Black Sabbath concert had my first kidney stone I thank God it was punishing me for going to Black Sabbath. Saw the urologist again and he did another cystoscope exam with just topical lidocaine very uncomfortable. Number three was this year and I don't know why my urethra was so inflamed to begin with but the urologist would not back down and had me levitating off the gurney in pain. Having unusual symptoms again in primary Care wants to send me back to urology and I'm like well what are they going to do besides another painful cystoscope? Also last time I was so swelled up I couldn't even pee. Ready to go to ER for ab pelvic CT scan but don't know if that covers the bits and pieces.

This is good. My volume is way down but, I'm 70, in good health, non smoker or drinker and on TRT. I'm not a dribbler but I do miss my 30 year old ejaculations and, like she said, If I wait a few days it is much stronger but if I go a few weeks, there is not much difference from just a few days. My orgasms are still very strong just the volume is disappointing. My wife is ok with it now but when she first noticed it she was concerned there is an issue with me. Thank you, Dr. Malik
Well, thank you for taking the time to answer some of the burning questions us men wouldn't dare ask even a urologist. According to the video, I am doing just fine. I used to be a smoker, but I quit the habit years ago. I drank a lot more water, and participated in a lot more physical activities. I've noticed a gigantic difference in a very good way. Thank you Doctor for educating us in this sensitive subject some of us may not dare ask questions regarding the subject with our Primary care providers as I did. Today I understand the reason behind the problem I experienced being prescribed medication that I no longer take I wish my Doctor would have been able to explain the issue as clearly as you have done in this video.

In my teens I was able to shoot from my bed across the room with enough force to switch the lights out.. Now, aged 45, I have to get out of bed and turn the lights on to see if the dribble running over my knuckles is semen, or If my hand is just sweaty!
Speaking from experience. Drink a lot of water, don’t be in a rush to c-m during sex, and pace yourself “edge” then slow down edge then slow down. Zinc pills make it more “visual”. Eat a lot of fruits and have a healthy diet. Definetly stop jkn off and watching prn. Find a purpose thats bigger then sex to take your mind off it. And lastly the type of chick you deal with helps. I was never a shooter until I dealt with the right type of chick and “paced myself” during the do. Hope that helps gents.
Not disagreeing or disregarding her studies just sharing what I’ve found. lecithin, zinc, arginine, hydrate and of course not ejaculating every day. Give it a shot. Do it for 5 days and then ejaculate. Should be a noticeable difference. Works for me but may not for everyone. Follow recommended daily doses. Thanks for all you do doc!
Im 42 and the only things ive noticed is it takes me longer to have a "strong, high volume" one than when I was in my 20-30's, as in if I do it daily the "shots" arent as much or strong but go weeks and explosion time.
@@alexandredefaveri5984 50mg of zinc daily is too much unless you're deficient, and even then only temporarily. Too much zinc can lead to a copper deficiency, worsened immune function, and lessened HDL (the "good" cholesterol). Zinc is crucial for the production of testosterone, but we really only need about 10mg a day, and that's not difficult to get from food, especially if you eat meat.
@David Crandall Yes, just a scam. You can't "increase" above what your body's natural levels are, you can only "optimize" what your normal levels are. Hydration, vitamins, kegels, abstinence. HCG or enclomiphene are the only prescription ways to optimize 💯% efficiently.

Read in an old Chinese medicine book decades ago, and was instructed to eat white rice, cashew nuts, and sweet potatoes mixed with a little bit of honey (all warmed) as a mixed dish daily. Unsalted cashews were fine if you didn't want the extra salt, but it was said that it increased the output by 8 times normal output. The herbalist who was recommending this also noted that it also made it sweeter. Do with the information what you will.
What most ancient or very traditional formulars for increasing volume dont mention (because the people at the time simply didnt know) is that in the past - specifically between the time humans moved away from hunting and gathering up until about the last century -, people very often had malnutrition, specifically regarding minerals and vitamins. Because people were usually very limited in their diet, due to lack of availability, preservation of food, etc., most people sustained themself with a very repetitive selection of foods, causing deficiencies which can massively affect the volume of ejaculation. Most of these old recipies are simply a mix of foods/ingridients which contain high amounts of key nutrients required for producing semen. They wont "increase your output eight-fold" if you are already healthy, but since most people were not, and often had drastically decreased volume as a result of that, it actually worked most of the time. Its like selling special formulars for muscle growth to someone who is critically lacking protein. You dont really need some magical formulars or ingridients, all you need is to get them back to a healthy level of protein intake, and you will see results. Its easy to sell something healthy as if it was magical, when the default person is pretty sick.

In my personal experience I believe hydration is one of the biggest factors on semen volume. If I haven’t consumed a lot of fluids during the day And I ejaculate that night my semen volume is low and my orgasms are not as strong or long. So usually when I know me and the wifey are going to have fun time night I make sure I drink alot of water that day, but I generally drink alot of water anyway. It makes for a lot of semen but also makes orgasms stronger.
Curious fact for other fellow semen shooters that may help you: I'm in my early 30s and I've just started going back to the gym after many years of laziness. I've also just recently started taking Omega 3 tablets. the combination of these two things has changed completely my sex drive and my semen volume. Two months ago I rarely shooted more than a couple of drops. Also my libido was reaching very low levels. In just ~50 days of doing exercise and taking Omega 3 supplements Im another person. I'm constantly excited...maybe a bit too much... And my sperm volume has increased significantly, I typically unload 4-5 large shoots, multiple times per day now! 😂 I should point out I didn't start taking Omega 3 supplements for this reason, I started purely because I consume low amount of fish and I know omega 3 is good in general for a few things. Once I started noticing this significant change, I did a bit of research, and apparently there is some scientific work that states that Omega 3 may aid indeed sperm volume. Would love to hear your thoughts on this doc! As a guy, in my 6 decades of going to doctors, I have NEVER, EVER asked how I can increase my semen supply, nor have I ever thought about asking about how to increase my semen supply.
