Brief review of the Urth Pentax K Lens Mount to Sony E Camera Mount Lens adapter.

there is also the "LA-KE1 - Pentax K-mount lenses to Sony E-mount cameras adapter" that allow you to use autofocus on most pentax lenses. but it's $$$

I have the k&f concept one, it's totally fine. It is also metal, and there's no noticable slop, at least on my copy

Just searched and found this because I got some old Pentax lenses from a family member! Needed an M42 to E mount adapter, but luckily, the same brand offers that adapter, as well. Excited to try these old lenses out on a very modern camera!

@@determined_to_fail 🤞 I’m hoping the contrast and sharpness are decent. One of the lenses is a 50mm f1.4, and another is a 200mm f4. I’m on a Sony APSC, so I’m particular excited to try the 200mm prime and see what the 300mm equivalent is like. Glad you mentioned setting the IBIS for the focal length in your other video! I probably would have missed that entirely.

Or you just use a new Pentax camera. Amazingly, all the old lenses from the 70s still work on their new DSLRs

I bought this on Amazon and returned it the next day. You could barely get the k-mount lenses on and off. The fit was way too tight. Not recommended from my experience anyways.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. Mine one is definitely a tight fit but changing lenses on and off is totally fine
