Nah south america croatia is uruguay I know what you mean theyve never won neither colombia But population wise and talent per capita croatia and uruguay are parallels
Not really. The home of the National Team is Barranquilla, on the Caribbean coast. It's hot and humid. That's where most of the official games are played, including WCQ. Sometimes they do train in Bogotá at 2.600 meters above sea level (~9k feet).
As a Colombian I am always afraid to say we are favorites, but on form there is no question who has been the best team in this tournament and by quite a distance. But Uruguay is Uruguay and they are going to make this an absolute physical battle, especially when they feel like the beatdown underdogs. The kind of game the ref calls will do a lot to affect the outcome here I hate to say.
Happy birthday Ale... Espn fc made you more famous than your footballing career .. the wit,a man with many words & knowledge & charisma of ale makes him a great soccer pundit ..one of the best in my eyes..maybe as a player he was in the top 100 but as a pundit top 10 in the football world ... 🎉🎉..or even top 5...
Happy birthday to Ale! One HUNdred percent happy he’s gettin his flowers cause he’s always one of the best parts of the show, always brings the energy and tight analysis……. VAMOS VENEZUELA
The real final. Whoever wins is going to beat TF out of Arg if they can even get passed Can. Arg is fat and happy after winning the world cup no sense of urgency or intensity.
Uruguay is a very good team I think they have more chances to win But , both are doing well and anything an Happened. Like pele said “ sometimes the bad teams win “
For future Copa Americas, the group leader should be based on ranking, with the exception of the host nation. That would’ve meant that Uruguay would’ve been the group leader instead of Mexico and would’ve led to an Argentina v Uruguay and a Colombia v Brazil semis. I’m happy for Canada making it to the semis, but I don’t think Brazil, Uruguay and Colombia are thrilled. This isn’t Mexico circa 2006-they’ve lost the aura of being Kings of Concacaf and I think their early exit proves it.
If indeed it is Ale's birthday, and if indeed he is scheduled to work, and if indeed you have the ability to get him a Venezuela cake.... Then you must get him a Venezuela cake.
I get that James won't have the freedom he had against Panama, but let's look at the facts. Uruguay conceded 26 fouls and 2 corners against Brazil. I'll back James Rodriguez to be effective from the many set pieces Colombia will get. Also, losing Araújo is a big loss. Also, feliz cumple Ale! 🥳
I think it will be an Uruguay beat down. Uruguay 3-0. Brazil and the USA wanted a fight and Uruguay gave them one. Colombia should want to play nice and Uruguay will play nice and score.
why would you think that ? haven’t you seen nunez play ? the guy is horrible when it matters ….goals by who ? Uruguay is without key players , if Uruguay wins which yes could happen would be a big surprise because the way it looks its not good for them
@@jaimealex6723 hahaahaha Colombia has never won anything.. The only player it has is a thiry yeat old jamed... Uruguay has Valverde, Ugarte, Arraujo, Bentancurt. Only Valverde cost what the entire colombian costs. You guys played against the weakest teams of both organizations. Panama, Costa Rica and Paraguay... What are you tañking about? Tomorrow will be your first real match.
It's not a coincidence that Conmebol assigned an Argentinean ref for the quarter-final match. This was intentional. They knew this would be free for all and that either team that advances would be weakened.
This match should have been a final... Both by far the best two teams in this tournament... Because Argentina gets the easiest group and easiest path to final, they get to faced each other in semis.. But we all know Argentina gonna win the tournament coz it's all rigged for them to win.
Uruguay is beat up... But they always show up to play. Colombia has been very good... But I am going to put my money on Uruguay. Something just feels like it will be them and Argentina in the final.
@@blowandchill3848 Fact??? Hahaha... Based on what? They never won anything. Uruguay beats them in all stats(games, wins, etc) Colombia until now, hasn't won against anyone relevant so far in this tournament. The fact is that Uruguay and Argentina will be the final match.
Todo está arreglado para darle esa copa otra vez a Messi ( la maquina de hacer dinero de la Fifa y Conmebol). La final la quieren entre Argentina y Uruguay y darle otra copita a su consentido Messi. Es tan obvio...
Colombia have great players but in history URUGUAY 3 Million people 15 COPA AMERICA 2 TIMES WORLD CHAMPION 2 WORLD CUP 6 CLUB WORLD CHAMPIONS (PEÑAROL 3-NACIONAL 3) 1 MUNDIALITO WORLD CHAMPIONS GOLD CUP 1981 (ONLY WORLD CHAMPIONS CUP EDITION) COLOMBIA 51 Million people 1 COPA AMÉRICA
It’s amazing to me what Uruguay does with that population size. In Colombia we now pretty well your history since every single time Uruguayans love to rub their titles in our faces. Let’s see if your ancestors can help this team.
@@nnvihvuhvuhvuhvuh no brother, pero es para que vean que Uruguay tiene el fútbol en las venas, si gana Colombia no me enojaría, al revés me gusta Colombia. Salute
@@eLectric_692 Wow... Hahahah You don't need to be Nostradamus to know that Spain was going to be in the finals. You, me, and everyone in the entire world knew that Spain would be in the finals....
I'm pulling for Columbia but I don't really want to watch it. Uruguay have been playing the ugliest football under Bielsa that I've ever seen. And no, Ale, you cannot blame what they did to Brazil entirely on the refs. It's true though, that if the refs continue to allow Uruguay to play this violent, ugly football they'll keep it up until somebody stops them. I really hope that Columbia does that because I want to actually enjoy the final.
Right, because the Brazilians weren't committing fouls left and right? I love Uruguay not being the favorites, if they win it'll only make their victory more satisfying. They thrive on adversity.
What? Colombians... They live in another universe.. 85% of Bielsas games were offensive. And the most atrractive to watch. Classics like the one played on saturday are commun im South america. There never pretty. The problem is that Colombia doesn't have a classic... So they don't understand. And stop saying that Colombia is playing the best futbol. They played against the weakest teams of both organizations. And didn't even get the 9 points of thre group.
@@nnvihvuhvuhvuhvuh Hahahaah Where is the logic of what you just said??? WOW... Last time I checked you did not eliminate Brazil.. You did not even win the match against Brazil. You either didn't get the 9 points in the group. You only defeated the weakest teams in both organizations. And even Paraguay gave you a hard time. Uruguay won the two easy games, eliminated Brazil in a Clasico match. Eliminated and won the champion of the Concafaf and host of the tournament without breaking a sweat. And gaining the 9 points. Who do you think you are talking about? Peru? Ecuador? Those teams are in Colomhias level. You are talking about Uruguay. A team that beats Colombia in all stats. In a futbol game, anything can happen of course. But to state that Colombia is a team that won everything and has fantastic players, and that can beat the three big ones anyday is insane. Colombia won only one trophy in a 100 years of FIFA , and it was even a gift... You guys didn't even qualify in Russias world cup...... The level of lunacy is running wild.....
This Ale dude just HATES Colombia man. Lol Already setting up excuses for Uruguay -just in case, as anything can happen- and taking away qualities from Colombia.
