US Ambassador to Greece George Tsunis Visits Ancestral Village 

Those incredibly gorgeous, scenic, and historic villages are called 'Ta Kravara', I believe, but most people list the village first, then followed by 'Nafpaktias'. An example would be, 'Platanos Nafpaktias'. My ancestors are from Platanos, Perista, Analipsi, and perhaps other areas i've yet to find out about. As for your inane political comments, President Biden is a thousand times the man and leader that the lying charlatan of a traitor Trump was! I suppose you're against LBGTQ people too, even though they are here among us, and yes, some are even the sons and daughters of people from our villages. President Biden is not trying to actually change values... he is acknowledging their rights to live, love, and be happy. What is disgusting is your close mindedness and prejudice to the reality of LBGTQ people. I must also thank President Biden for making our healthcare more affordable, through his tax subsidy program. My family was paying a rapacious and unaffordable $1550 dollars a month for a 'Silver' ACA healthcare policy, which now costs us one fifth of that sum. I am greatly appreciative that he thinks about (and acts upon) real world concerns for working people. What did that P.O.S. Trump do? He wanted to completely abolish The ACA, with no replacement whatsoever! Even people like myself with pre-existing chronic conditions that were covered by The ACA. Thank God the great John McCain ruined his selfish plans by giving him the thumbs down!

Mr Tsunis is an honorable man, who addressed his love and passion for his Greek roots. He further wept, in tears as he the told the story of the struggle of his parents and grandparents to come to America and live the American Dream. What bothered me, and really turned me off, with a feeling of betrayal was his response to Mr.Hatzinikolaou regarding the Greek-Turkish issues. Like a rehearsed movie liner Mr Tsunis repeated the usual, American BS liner, " I would let them settle their differences through dialogue and through international law." The same thing Pontius Pilate did...hear no evil, see no evil. Here we have a despotic dictator in Turkey, demanding Greece to hand over sovereign lands and territories in the form of "negotiations" with NO LOGICAL BASIS....And the response is another bullshit diplomatic back stabber/ prodoti, pushing the same agenda. NO Mr Tsunis...OXI ....Greece Belongs to GREEKS...WE WILL Neutralize and NULLIFY the Turkish Threat to Greek Sovereignty....NO TO Turkish Aggression, NO TO Turkish Expansion...12 mile EEZ in the Aegean Sea for Greece NOW..the USA will help with military aid, and the USA WILL also help Cyprus rid itself of its current occupiers.... ..ZHTO ELLADA...ZHTO TO E8VOS...fwtia kai tsekoupi stous Proskinimenous!!!!
