What do You mean? You open eBay type "BH-386/PRC" and as today 26.08.2022 it's available without any problems.

I think they both share same battery so it should work - but I do not have 25 to try.

No it does not provide the. Voltage tap for the tube in the prc 25

No, PRC-10 is tube radio, require much higher voltages.
