In the 1980s during my F-1 student visa interview I was asked to spell put an imaginary word, something like "exciticizing" which is not a word. I had the received 99% in TOEFL, ACH, SAT from Notre Dame College so u actually argued with the Visa Officer about that. He denied my application, put a seal of rejection in my passport and then sent me a letter of denial, after making me wait for 2 or 3 hours. The rest reason was they needed to see proof of support, and it took me a few weeks to get a bank draft and apply again. I missed my first "quarter" for that reason. (Not semester). If I had this advice available to me then - that would have been very nice. GOOD JOB. Perhaps one time you could start a discussion on EB-2 or EB-1 for a legal pathway to immigration for students graduating from US academic institutions. I can speak about the process as I received EB-2.
Bhaiya please make video on Apply Texas portal, application process of UT's as well as T A&M. Their opportunities for the students of instate or out of state....
bhaia, thank u for such neat, precise video, v helpful.. but can u make a video whether F4 applicants can apply for F1? does F1 rejection look bad for the F4 visa interview?

I was offered a graduate assistantship at a university in Texas, and I'm required to present a bank statement with a balance of $5000. The academic year's expenses are $24000, and my assistantship is $12500 plus a $7170 in-state tuition discount . With this funding, what are my prospects of receiving a visa?
Actually my maternal uncle is sponsoring me and his papers are real and enough money that can convince anyone but he stays in USA and one of the main reason he is sponsoring me because my parents are divorced they are separated so is there any chance for me to get a visa ?
