@lostsoulband1 They are acting against the laws of this country and proceeding as if essentially they are their own military and even their own country with their blue flag desecration. They have betrayed the citizens of America. How is that not treason?
well....my guess is that he did,...because we are watching this particular video, he probably asked for body cam videos of his encounter, otherwise who else would know for this and where this youtube video would come from? I don't think cops would volunteer these videos to anybody :)
“Okay say less” I’ve heard my little sisters middle school friends say that lingo before. Wouldn’t have thought a grown man who is an officer talk like that.
ive lied better to my grandma getting bad grade on a test than this cop he seems like he's lying like he broke something this is why i do not like officers like this
The Brady List is the definitive public-facing platform of record for information about police misconduct, decertification, public complaints, use-of-force reports, do-not-call listings [Giglio letter], and more potential impeachment disclosures.
FR, he finds a gun and mutters out loud, "GD people," what people!? Officer is clearly grouping him into a certain unfavorable group of indeterminable "people" for which he openly damns in witness of the Lord!
Yes, these SOB's need to be corrected! Dangerous! Yes, they were grasping for anything to get this guy! Thank God the Supervisor showed up or this would have escalated to jail for the Marine, for no Just Cause!
Checking the tinted windows after is a desperate reach for anything to hold over him. Disgusting behavior by people who are supposed to be protecting people.
Did you hear what he said? He stated the tint was legal but in the next sentence he said it was still too dark. These pricks were all emotion enforcement and zero law enforcement. He was looking to hem him up for anything because he knew the other infractions were bogus.
The supreme court ruled that police officers have no obligation to protect civilians. Look at their "heroic" actions during Uvalde. People need to realize that police are the tyrannical enemy.
@ibzrgman9130 exactly. Supervisors likely aren't pissed about being lied to as it's an understood tactic. Common place. So they lie to Supervisor, the super assumes whatever he's told is true, and as far as he's concerned, it is the truth. He's got plausible deniability if he doesn't know the truth.
When every citizen starts yelling “ Dismantle and completely restructure policing “. Defunding was a horrible way to get reform. The second thing would be for EVERYONE to remain absolutely until you’re in the courtroom. They would be overwhelmed in a month, and would have to take notice.
The two officers pulled this gentleman over and instantly went from 0-10 in a matter of seconds. No law requires a driver to roll down his window, so learn the law and as long as you behave like this, you are not the good guys. Purely evil as well as stomping all over this Marine's Rights. Not to mention lying to your supervisor!
Only Coward Crybaby‘s do That, They were Raised like this, Their Parents were Liars aswell, and in Jail, Dont Blame These Trash Bags, it was A Mistake to be Born.
Actually rolling down you your window is required, anyone who resists is looking for trouble. I have been driving for 67 years and stooped many times over that period. I have never had a bad encounter with as I am always polite and I get what I give out. The minute this guy starts yelling about them opening his door it becomes obvious there is going to be trouble.
@@ggeorge4144well we aren’t all good little boot lickers, and actually your wrong, you don’t have to roll your window down anymore than necessary to hand them your license! The Supreme Court decided that! To bad they failed to protect us from being made to exit the vehicle when it’s completely unnecessary and even dangerous in most cases!
And opening the door under these circumstances is illegal. Why drivers don’t always lock the doors when driving is beyond my comprehension. Why give anyone easy access to your car?
So funny to hear cops lies and knowing they are being recorded. They also know that lying on a report or to their supervisors will have no consequences.
Why when lawsuits are filesd, they should include falsifying a police report (federal crime) and evidence tampering when the bodycam is muted or turned off
It is amazing to listen to how these officers feed off each other in a group conspiring session. Sounds like a felony charge of conspiring to commit Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law to me. Isn't strange how less authoritative they became once they figured out that they were the one's who violated the law.
Its really not that amazing, though I agree with you otherwise. That's just the way all gangs operate. Even when I was a member of the Cavaliers (7th grade I think) our motto was death before dishonor. Then we would steal dads old stag and each have a sip, tougher guys maybe had 2 sips, not me though. Anyway we got together to conspire all the time.we were so bad we once conspired to pull. The fire alarm! Someone ratted us out! Years later I asked the principle who was the rat,he said all of you.just. like cop gang members, when caught, I like. To think we were. Only 12. These cowardly gang members are grown ass men! Makes me wonder is there only good cops and bad cops.why does it seem there is never any cops good enough to just say no?
It is a gang. Us and them damn peasants. Good on the supervisor for stating facts. Good on the Marine for controlling himself during an illegal arrest, search, and unacceptable amount of time being harassed and detained.
@@MissRay42691 I lived in south florida for quite some time but made it through that area a lot and I can agree. Pretty much that whole swath of Florida from there over to the Daytona area was annoying to drive though because of the cops.
Not really. Sergeants always ask that. It's extremely rare a sergeant dictates what the outcome is going to be. What he's doing when he asks that is just making sure they're not going for anything crazy. It's an extremely basic management technique. Officer discretion means the cop decides what to enforce and what to warn. But if he had actually said he was going to arrest him for resisting like he started to say he likely would have been told not to because if the 4th amendment violations putting them under scrutiny and would have ensured a lawsuit. I doubt the sergeant would have let them do anything more than a citation for the stop signs
Unfortunately it just comes out of taxpayer money and the police will most likely never face serious repercussions. Remember, interacting with law enforcement is risking your life with a predator, do what you can to treat them like the rabid animals they are and avoid at all costs. It's not worth risking your life, especially when no interaction with a cop will ever benefit you, at best nothing will happen but your time wasted. At worst they'll accuse/beat/or erase you from existence, and the legal system will fail you just as it's failed all their previous victims.
Those mfs really started checking his window tint after he came back clean, try and get him on something. These are some green cops and their already on the wrong road, the road to corruption
I'm wondering how they saw furtive movements since they stated they weren't able to see inside the car and needed the windows all the way down and the tint was supposedly too dark. So if that's the case then how were they able to see his hands moving around before they illegally yanked him out of the car and illegally detained him.. Clowns
Cops doing what they do best, lying and escalating. They both need to be healed accountable, fired and charged. We don’t need police officers like this who believe just bc it comes out of their mouths it’s lawful.
If the guy wasn't a marine, he'd have been arrested or at least written citations for speeding, running stop signs and the tints, but Marine... they put their wiggly tails between their legs. That guy should have sued for wrongful arrest, on behalf of Joe Schmo who woulda been arrested/charged for failure to stop, speeding and the rest, we've seen it all before.
@@jeremybartlett1706 If you listen to what the cops say. The real reason to pull him over was because cut through an alley. No the stop signs. So they lied about the stops signs. They also looked the in obvious place for the weapon last. So they could look for the through the rest of the car to find something. This was a contextual stop. They were looking for something else.
@@faervas1234 Well yeah, they lied immediately to the superviser, to justify why the guy was handcuffed and in a patrol car and lied about a bunch of stuff; yeah when they found the gun it was like, wtf? I'm a bit pissed off he didn't get their names and sue for false arrest and search.
I've had cops laugh at me when I told them I was a disabled navy veteran. Guess they think they are better than any military personnel. And some of them are prior military...go figure.
In what context did you tell them though? Saying it out of nowhere as if that means anything IS in fact laughable, especially if you're telling it to another vet.
The look of "These god damn morons..." on the Supervisors face when the idiots start telling him about all the rights they've just violated says it all, really.
See, they create crimes and don’t enforce law. This cop lied from the start. They escalated from the start; opened his door and started grabbing. They continue to lie about why they stopped him. They tear through his car, with absolutely no crime. Everything they did was unlawful! Get them out of law enforcement!
This supervisor did right. He told his officers; they had screwed up by stating law. He wasn’t talking much, but he let them know they were wrong. Too many supervisors go along with their officer’s breaking the law. Hope he sues!

He don't have to roll his window down all the way and they can't just open his door. These Deputys were young and uneducated on the law. They finally realized they screwed up and need to be held accountable and taught a lesson. And stop your damn lying Deputys.
I did 21 years in the Navy. It is strange how some LEO feel that they need to push military personnel. Guess some of them wish they could be military but could not cut it.
These cops could never make it in any of the services including reserves or NG. The ones that were once in got out and became cops were generally because they saw the writing on the wall. Honor, integrity, competence is what the services are about, not this gestopo trash's

As a retired police officer, it makes me ashamed of my profession. I hope this marine sues and gets millions. Im also a veteran and to treat this marine like this.
Until people start fighting back AT THE SCENE and have cameras...This will continue to happen! I have 3 cameras that goto the cloud through my cars wifi so I will ALWAYS have proof!
@rickrice5197 Sorry there are no good cops...Every cop has seen one do something wrong and ALLOWED it to happen. I take that back I personally know 2.
Sounds to me like you are / were one of the good cops out there with some actual real morals. Cheers 🍻 for being a decent person that did a tough job! Some of the shit ( and wacky 🤪 people as well) you guys have to deal with everyday is absolutely crazy! I live in Canada 🇨🇦and we actually do have lots of good cops up here , very few of them act like the law enforcement officers in these videos! Most of them where I am from are very well trained and quite well aware of the actual real laws ( not some made up on the spot do as I say bullshit ) and what they can and cannot do when dealing with the public. Most of the cops I’ve dealt with up here over the years are actually decent officers that truly want to help regular people and don’t start shit with people for no reason! Nasty out of control power tripping gestapo cops do exist up here too ( but they usually don’t last long at the job /location etc. and most of the other RCMP officers hate being on duty with them and you can clearly see that they generally don’t like them either!😄 When they see that type of behaviour from “ one of their own” they usually will speak up in your defence and lay the brakes on the tyrant officers! Especially seems to be true if they are a Sgt. or supervisor etc and outrank them and have a lot more experience on the force, Like “ why in the hell are you dealing with him /her like that ? it’s completely unnecessary “ and it only serves to escalate a situation that doesn’t require anything like that!) I have no idea 🤷♂️ if I am actually right about this as I have only been to the USA one time when I was very young, I think that the bad cops do exist everywhere, But…from what I can see in watching lots of these kind of videos, this is a much worse problem down in the USA 🇺🇸
This is another case of somebody being guilty of not submitting to the officers' made up authority. Abuse of authority like this will continue until qualified immunity is discontinued.
At the end, they admit he “stopped” but didn’t come to a complete stop and rolled thru the stop signs. Which still doesn’t warrant all of what they did.
@@US2A So two rolling stops and driving the speed limit is justification for all this shit? Gotcha. We definitely need to hold the marine to the law, because he didn't COMPLETELY stop twice. But the laws these officers broke.. Well that's fine, they're cops.
The reality is that Marine most likely engages people in far away and hostile places that more than likely are hostile towards Marines and USA and still treats them with more respect and dignity than you just witnessed him receiving from those serialized rights violators. Absolutely despicable policing and patrolling.
The funniest part to me is that all those cops wish they had a fraction of the value that marine does, and they know it. Never ceases to amaze me how unhinged and violent these rabid animals behave, law enforcement is a plague on society currently and our weak and inept court system refuses to hold them accountable as they always have since they were catching slaves.
Perfect example of today’s policing. The training officer doesn’t even know the law but is out teaching rookies. Thank God the supervisor knew his job at least. This would not be tolerated in any other profession.😮
If the supervisor was doing his job he should have officially reprimanded all the cops on the scene, written them up, apologized to the Marine and informed him they violated his 4th Amendment right and that he can sue them if he so desires.
Wait, they had him arrested and in the backseat, then searched his vehicle, without saying sht? As a Veteran watching these cops harass a military brother with unconstitutional violations, pisses me off more than you can know
I feel that rage, too. Men and women going back to 1775 gave their young lives for our liberty just for us to live in a police state. That’s not what our forebears wanted for us.
Even the police that are veterans don't give a shit about someone else being a veteran and people have a lot to learn if they believe anything different. It don't mean nothing.
Let's not forget fabricating things throughout like time supposedly reaching for his gun, lying about how far his window was down, lying about his speed, using the lied about speed to break several laws about search and seizure since it was clearly not a 'hot pursuit'...not reading him any rights throughout the video, being insanely aggressive "who does he think he is not following our every lawful or unlawful order"... The list goes on.
corrupt police are not an indictment of our government. unfortunately, people who crave control are drawn to law enforcement and give the majority of good police a bad reputation. the crime here is that the deputy will not be reprimanded for his breaking the law, violating civil rights, and clearly lying about the stop. the first could be attributed to ignorance, the second to ignorance and lack of training, but the third is a complete moral and ethical failure - and that alone should disqualify him from serving alongside honest police. why they protect the 'thin blue line' instead of insisting that that line stands for integrity is what baffles me.

This is not indicative of ‘the government’. This is a local, police thing, ie TRAINING and EDUCATION. In other countries police officers are trained for 2-3 years and they don’t even carry guns. Here in the states… the ‘train’ for a few weeks (apparently skipping the US constitution) and then put on the streets. Seriously, look into how the police departments were first started in the US….. you won’t believe it if I told you.
The worst part is that they are searching his property for a traffic ticket. They were hoping to find something illegal to make the stop legal. Wonder how many times they do this on a daily basis? 10 or more definitely. But they do what they want because there is no accountability for their illegal actions. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND CORRUPT.
Dishonesty lack of integrity. I think this is because of Americans turning from faith and obedience to God and biblical principles. The result is do as you please, survival of the fittest.

I'm really unsettled by the fact that they can blatantly violate multiple constitutional rights of a citizen, understand that they made a mistake, and then just uncuff the guy and said him on his way like nothing happened. That's why they keep doing this shit. Because they are not held accountable. They should be fired. They should be criminally charged. This is ridiculous.
These scumbags are getting off on violating this man’s rights. I stands for reason, they’ve done this many times. He’s not realizing his lies are on camera. Real piece of work.
I was unjustly pulled over once, the cop accused me of going 75 mph through his small town in a 35 mph zone. I was on my way to work, going in by 3am on a Saturday. He thought he’d get a dui, from someone leaving an after hours party. He realized I hadn’t been drinking, took my registration, insurance card and ID , ran me through his computer. He let me go, said he had another call to respond to. I call BS, if I’d been going 75 in a 35, that’s a reckless driving ticket. Straight up bad cop, I wish I had turned him in.
If the windows were too darkly tinted to see through, how did the officers see the furtive movement? BS from start to finish. Classic. Should be a training video.
I'm quite surprised the deputies didn't mute their bodycams while they were discussing this. Gotta LEGALLY destroy evidence to help their own cause over the suspect's.
Well they don't have to because they get away with it even when its brought to their superiors attention! ( we investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing ) !!!
If you slow down and can clearly see that nothing is approaching what's the big deal if you don't come to a complete stop? Most traffic laws are just set up to steal money. Cops are becoming a joke in the land of the free.

They screwed up because while many branches of a military will just casually sweep it under the rug when this all gets sorted out. The Marines are a little bit more petty about these kind of situations and you falsely accuse their own and attack their own. They went from 2 stop signs straight to an arrest ( which is BS ) into searching the car. This isn’t a traffic stop these cops are searching for drugs for themselves. Which is why they did it fast enough before the supervisor showed up.

It made me physically SICK that the driver shook their hands at the end as if they were old buddies. Or worse, he likely feared they could delete him, because he knows as a Marine that a group of comrades will do anything to protect each other.

So I asked the Officer, if He was ok, He then told me to mind my own business, and to step back. I then asked for His name and badge number, He pointed to His right lapel pocket, I told Him Your out of Uniform because His nameplate was missing, and that I was a retired Gunnery Sergeant from the from the Marine Corps, as I retrieved my Military ID. His Partner, stepped in to deescalate the situation by giving me His name and badge number, as Fire, and rescue arrived, to assist the Marine. As I’m in my Vehicle doing my report, the Officer who gave me His credentials, apologized, and stated, rescue was going to transport my fellow Marine to the Hospital for further evaluation! I told Him, thanks for helping, and continued finishing my report. I guess the other Officer ego was so hurt , He never once approached me again, while we were on scene!
