I'm currently watching this video at, 3am, because I can't sleep sometimes, and when I do, I suffer through some crazy ass nightmares which usually end up with me waking up sweating profusely. Sometimes I can't get to sleep without beer. It's a terrible life when one cannot even find rest and respite in slumber.I know life shouldn't be this way.I pray for some sort of normalcy and happiness before I leave here-
Keep praying, especially before you go to sleep. Take back control of your life and mind. The dreams/nightmares can be stopped and even replaced with good dreams. Others can vouch for it. There are dream and sleeping audios on yt that can help even with nightmares. Personally, I used to have bad recurring nightmares of essentially being strangled until I became more conscious of it in the dream state and faced a fear I had in them. Basically, I didn't let it happen.. trippy dream experience. Best of luck and god bless. I know you can beat it.
Anyone who was a tunnel rat had to either be the bravest, or craziest person around. This brave soul has probably seen horrors that we can't even imagine.

We have PTSD mostly due to the fact we return home to a society ran at all levels by weak men/women where we’re still treated as children or even as broken and scary depending on where we go. I’m healing by building my own community to slowly make change where I am, and work hard to treat everyone I come across similar to as if they were Jesus in disguise. At the end of the day, after all the things I’ve done, I sleep well knowing all my struggle and pain over my life serves my next generations of my family. I have 9 children, and I’m raising them well. And I’m hyper focused now on securing a future for my eventual grandkids. Through the pain of my combat injuries, and the grace of being one of the lucky ones to come home, I have a real path for each child to get 8 years of college for “free” and myself and one generation after I pass will get to enjoy however much land I’m able to secure us in Arkansas in a couple years as a fully tax exempt homestead. Because if I went through hell like I have been, it may as well be for a better damn reason than making some suit rich on their way to hell

Shows being short is a strength as well. A tunnel rat was probably the most dangerous job. This man is probably in constant pain sitting on his oversized nuts!😅
