US Navy Mark V Helium Diving Helmet 

Nation's Attic has for sale a very impressive US Navy Mark V mixed gas or helium helmet for sale! This helmet was made by Diving Equipment and Supply Company in 1970. Unlike the standard Mark V helmets, this mixed gas example was made for extreme deep dives with the use of helium and a Co2 absorbing material. The huge brass canister on back held the Shell Natron.
