I am Directly affected I'm disabled and I am upset. long ago I got TB the massive damage I have a motor chair. I do not have oxygen to carry my body left Bronchial and trachea only has less than a straws worth of room to breath through . My insurance Medicaid denied my oxygen meaning my exitance is gone. SSI they tried to discontinue my benefits but I'm also deaf and they can not do that so why they doing this? I believe to give it to those who crossed the border.

MY COMMENT IS REGARDING TIPS AND THE TAXES THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED ON THEM! The government is double dipping by charging tax on tips. The person giving the tip has already paid tax on that money. A tip is it means of saying "thank you" to the person receiving the tip. Since when does a "thank you" need to be taxed? I'm a senior female.. should I have to pay a tax when I say thank you to someone for opening a door for me? Pulling out a chair for me to sit down at a table? Charging tax on tips is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. Some companies make a waitress share his/her tips with a bartender. That should be optional, not mandated! Tax on tips is theft by the government! Most restaurants pay less than minimum wage to their servers because they know servers receive tips. Those restaurants are cheating their employees out of a fair wage so they themselves, can make more profit! GET RID OF THE TAX ON TIPS!
