Shrek The Third deserves A tier and ill explain. Character growth is the entire premise of the movie. All throughout the series all Shrek has wanted to do was live at home in peace he rescued the princess brought her home to have his honeymoon and then turn into a family visit too far far away and then finally after the death of the king it looks like he would have to be the new king and it would further cement him away from his home. Add into the fact that Fiona becomes pregnant and he realizes all of his existence all of his freedoms that were already becoming a fading picture slowly turns into panic. It wasn't until charming was going to kill Artie that he was willing to sacrifice himself to save the kid and realize that's what being a parent is all about. He didn't know he was going to get rescued so all he knew was he was never going to know his kids and that was depressing him towards the end that's why he was trying to aggravate charming so he would hurry up and just kill him already. Fiona is pregnant and has to rely in others for help which is a step in different direction for her character as she is not afraid to take charge. She still does but is forced to rely on others in an attempt to save her husband. Artie was perfectly fine as a character since he himself has no expectations other than being a high school student and trying to overcome being a victim for so long. His main factor was innocence trying to grow up too fast when presented an opportunity to leave. Great movie gets slammed hard because the humor is more dry due to the serious factors all weighing in on shrek. Going into Shrek 4 you can clearly see after finally being back home his privacy the second thing that was most important to him is now desecrated and snaps roaring at the other party guests and had the look he for a moment would be willing to hurt someone but remembered where he was at to calm down long enough to leave. Thats ehat makes Shrek 4 a masterpiece of a movie is because he learns to understand the deeper meaning of being a parent vs going back and doing things different. High A tier but below the first Shrek for sure.

They must keep records of those consents for as long as the movie is available to be shown and produce them on demand.
