You have to fill separate form for each applicant. as u will require DS160 confirmation for each applicant separately to schedule appointment.

For safer side if you book return tickets it will be good

While visa interview tickets are not required but while travelling to us once your visa is done return ticket will be preferred for smooth entry in USA

Property in India is not must but it helps them to analyse that you will come back to India for sure you can carry all other documents according to checklist and answer the questions properly also give the officer strong reason for your mother to come back to India which will help you to avoid the rejection

You should start with getting a visa appointment first. For that, you can create an account and book an appointment here: portal.ustraveldocs.com While booking an appointment you will be asked for DS160 number which you can obtain from your DS160 application form which can be found here travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/forms/ds-160-online-nonimmigrant-visa-application.html You do not need to completely feel the form before booking an appointment. As soon as you start a new form, you can get your DS 160 number which then can be used to book appointments. And once you book an appointment you can start filling rest of the DS160 form at your convenience. Make sure you fill out all the information in DS160 accurately and without mistakes, so take your time and fill it. You can submit your DS160 as late as 48 hrs before your actual appointment day! On your appointment day make sure you take all original documents with you and prepare for questions that we talked about in the vlog

Yes you can book under your own CGI account. You will need to create a new application and start with the primary applicant as one of your Mother, Father or sister. Then just add other applicant along with this application. Even though you can create single visa application from CGI, you will still need separate DS160 forms for each of them.

@@anchita-fh3tt there is no as such minimum amount criteria given by the embassy but you should keep the amount which shows that you are capable enough to afford the expenses during your visit to USA which includes your travel and accommodation costs

Documents checklist will be as per the guidelines of visa application they check your all documents while taking the interview. Yes, anyone can go for the interview. But the parents should be able to answer the questions very clearly and precisely in their native language at least. A translator is always there for assistance. Also the parents should be able to provide the required documents at the time of interview.
